The local service center was so so. The lady that helped me didn’t seem to very experienced. She didn’t size me properly for the mask.
There billing practices are misleading. I was told when I set up the appointment to receive the equipment that I had a one time copay of around $45.00. At the end of the appointment after I had been shown and sized that’s when I was told there was an additional monthly cost. I was told at the appointment that I had to sign up for supplies to be sent they wouldn’t be coming automatically. Well, not the case I started getting supplies sent automatically.
Not a great experience there billing is confusing and it appears to be deceptive. The billing shows 2 rental fees but there is only one machine. They charge for a nasal appl device and the cpap headgear. This is a pure example of what’s wrong with the medical field. Taking advantage of people and insurance.

Visited LenCare of Jacksonville To entertain a new machine to replace legacy machine I was using.
Tracey Herbertson had everything in order for me. She was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Was able to get through the process of issuing a new CPAP without a hitch.
