“Absolutely phenomenal. We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Riverside Liquors & The Restaurant, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the warm ambiance to the outstanding food and service, everything was top-notch.
The interior atmosphere is charming, intimate, and full of character. While the entrance may appear to be just a liquor store, the restaurant in the back feels like a hidden gem. It's stylish yet comfortable, perfect for both casual dinners and special occasions.
We were warmly greeted and taken care of by Annabelle, who made our night unforgettable. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine enthusiasm added something special to the evening. She took time to walk us through the menu and offered great recommendations with a smile.
The food was exceptional. I had the shrimp and grits, which were creamy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. My wife chose the red snapper, which was fresh, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. The quality of ingredients and care in preparation was evident in every bite.
We had heard from several friends that this was one of the best spots in Jacksonville, and now we agree. The pricing is competitive, the service is outstanding, and the full bar has a great selection. It truly offers an elevated experience in a relaxed setting.

“I have enjoyed each time I have been to Darby's Dungeon. The atmosphere allows for solid tabletop gameplay in the back that can be uninterrupted, and also has various weekly sessions and gameplay opportunities hosted by the site itself.
This is one of the better locations I have been to for ttrpg games, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed atmosphere with friendly and knowledgeable staff.”

“Good people. A bit over MSRP on the normal bourbon like buffalo, but they have it which is important. Secondary prices on the top shelf bourbon. Taylor, Blanton, eagle, stagg.....but they have it. If you argue price in those, they stay professional. Once again, good people. I buy my normals from them, and occasionally pay secondary for an occasion. Why pay secondary you ask?
