I had to pick up a load and was a few minutes away they canceled the load so I wasted fuel and time and they wouldn't pay me for any of it.

Guys be carefully with this broker specially with Alex. I book load with him. In few mins he called me that load will be for tomorrow. I told him let me check with driver if he is good with and he hang off om me with words I will call you in min, have to check with receiver if they can unload Monday. Result, he didn't call me back and when I called him he told me that he cover the load. Circus, not a company.

They advertise they do expedited freight but when you call in, thats not the case. Unprofessional staff.

Horribly rude customer service. I was contacted for a job opportunity. When I called in to respectfully decline, they were dismissive, rude and the woman who answered the phone sounded miserable.

Book a load with Shane Stephens, After we get at the shipper we got cancelation, We've been told that we are getting TONU for our truck, after bunch of calls and emails, got only $50.Once we ask why is that they said to be thankful.Awful experience never book again with them!Carrier please be aware.

I was really bad experience to work with this company' I will never work with this company again they wasted our whole week on just one load it was 2 days load but they didn't unload us. we was at receiver on time but they didn't unload us on time and they set appointment after a week. than they did not pay any kind of layover. they are just wasting carriers time and money. Please don't work with this company it's for your own good.
