I bought a picture in the the owner of what I wanted. he assured me he can do the designs . after he could not do it I called him out on it he grew very angry.which was a shock because I've been coming to his shop for over 16 years and wife was just as rude so be aware of I can get treated badly so can you. I was a very good tipper his brother has a shop not to far with a better shop and atmosphere

I have been coming here for more than 15 years and have introduced many people to the business. Over the years Tony has always been polite and kind. His wife at times would be stappy. I sometimes would open the language app on my phone and watch it translate them talking about people. Now these are their customers. There was a time I brought in my own nail polish, and he accused me of stealing. I was like what he asked where is the polish did I put it in my purse. I told him I didn't have his polished. He looked over to the pedicure chair made the statement oh there it is, but he never apologized. I even mentioned that he should apologize, but still he never did. I am so hurt by this.

I was a loyal customer to Lovely Nails. Last week I noticed green hue in the middle of two of nails (not at the base). My daughter saw my nails and told me to soak them off immediately because it looked like nail fungus so I can treat them. I soaked off my nails and indeed I had fungus on my nail bed. Again this was not at the base near cuticle of my nail bed but mid nail meaning I had several fill in’s at this establishment prior to this appearing in the middle of my nails. This lets me know they are not using proper cleaning techniques when dealing with customers. Please be careful!!!Service: Acrylic nails
