One of the dirtiest Love's I've been in. Out of 3 of the 4 coffees, plus coffee area needed cleaning. Outside was very dirty, trash everywhere. I realize people in general are pigs but the whole place needed a power wash! One bright note the cashier was very pleasant ✨️

So, the shop people are fantastic! The shop checked for the part right away. So they wouldn't waste my time if they didn't have it. They had it.
However.
Evening male clerk did the most unusual move your truck message. "Move your truck off the fuel island or it will be towed!" Apparently this is his normal announcement. He says that is how he was trained. It would be understandable if he had played the recorded message first. WoW. Aggressive and threatening instantly. Then you see it's just a few pulled forward and some at the pumps. Being after 7 pm you know there wasn't any place to park.
Anyone else ever hear this style of message for clearing the fuel island?

Year ago it was great clean and friendly Love’s. Now it’s dirty place with non working water cranes on restrooms and lazy worker on the tire shop! I asked him for tire replacement, and he said - you better go on the next truck stop..
I asked if he busy or there is line, he said - no, I just only one here today, it’s going to be so long for you to wait!!
Question for owners of this place: - what you paying for to your people?? Just because they woke up and came to work to do nothing!??!

During travels this stop is a very clean store. Restrooms super clean. Store has food and snacks in abundance to choose from

Stopped to air up my tires and for some reason it wasn't working. It is very simple to do and I thought it was the machine. Turns out they have tape over this hose instead of properly fixing it, so it's scaming people out of money. $2 isn't much but adds up for people trying and it not working.

Drove 17 miles here to get a shower after the app told me there were showers available. Had to stand around and wait for about 10 minutes as the only attendant was not assisting me and finally had to force the attendant to acknowledge me, only for the attendant to tell me they had just sold the last shower for the night and had none available after 10 pm even though this was only 9:45 and I had been standing there being ignored for 10 minutes or so. Terrible customer service and terrible waste of time. After all this I had to drive another 17 miles to go home. What a joke.

Everytime i come here i am told no shower, sorry the showers dont work, not open yet, closed due to the system is updating when the one right around the corner has theres open and giving them out. hmmm seems like the workers are just being lazy. I wish you could just call corprate sometimes.
