I could tell a dozen stories of how this store is garbage and I realize I'm partially at fault for continuing to shop there. They don't care about you time and good luck having material delivered and it being correct. The only person who has any idea as to what's going on is Mike in paint. Everyone else seems to be there because they needed a job. Save yourself the aggravation and go to another location or home depot

I am a project manager for a company that does apartment renovations, I buy a lot of cabinets from Lowes. I went to this store yesterday, I arrived at 6:15 grabbed a cart and went to find the cabinet I needed unfortunately it was on the top shelf so I started looking for help, I walked the entire store and found one guy, he went to find somebody to get a lift after a long wait I asked if he was actually going to get it he told me that he was doing me a favor. I'm sorry but doing your job is not doing me a favor. I am buying 10 vanities for our next project but not from Lowes.

Went there to get 8 pieces of base board and cashier charged 8 case(10 pieces in a case) price. When I try to explain that this is wrong price, cashier screamed at us saying “ You are wrong!” I am really unhappy with today’s experience and it took us 1hr to get what we need at a right price.

Have been to this location countless times. The employees have always been friendly and very helpful store is adequately stocked and fairly clean most of the time pretty convenient location although Phillips Highway can be busy at times.

Dont bother going here for paint. There is rarely anyone at the paint desk and they don't have the proper skills for matching paint colors.

I have been a loyal Lowe's customer for many years, but not anymore. In fact one of the employees mentioned to me (as I was waiting to see the manager) "it's so hard to find good help nowadays" --- maybe good help doesn't want to work for such a poor store?
I went to return about $60 worth of construction supplies that were used at our office for a renovation project. My first visit I was told because I didn't have the receipt I would need the card it was purchased with. I leave, return with the card and no luck. What I wasn't told is this; they recently changed their return policy and I can't return the product, either way.
This is par for the course with this store. I have waited almost 30 minutes at times to get help in certain departments. They continue to remain understaffed and management defaults to corporate when you address difficult issues. Maybe paying far less than a living wage while eliminating all Tha human cashiers up front could be an issue?
I'm not sure the current management is creative enough to solve customer satisfaction issues like this, but they don't need skills like that. They recite rules, then watch good loyal customers leave.the store, and those don't customers find another place to do business with.
Losing a customer that has spent over 10k this year alone, has a Lowes card for several years and spent thousands on it over $60 in returns? This sums up Lowe's in the marketplace today. Always a step behind the competition and the changes they are making are driving consumers away.
Seeing a mangers smiling face and then hearing her tell me its corporates fault and their is nothing she can do? That's makes you want.to spend 10 minutes on a bad review, contact Lowe's corporate and cancel your Lowe's card.

I was at the store last Sunday to return some left over tiles and a piece of aluminum molding from a bathroom remodel. 16 cap tiles and 1 piece of molding. Not a lot of $. I was told I can’t return due to over 90 days. I asked to talk to a manager and was told he would not be able to help. I left but came right back in and requested the manager. Mike. He was nice but told his hands are tied. In the last two years I have spent a lot in this store. Full bathroom remodel. Re fenced our backyard. New lawn tractor. 2 new lawn mowers. One for son’s new house. Washer and dryer. Ect…. Getting ready to start a remodel of bathroom number 2. I called customer care with no help. I do have other shopping options. Is there a such thing as customer service to a loyal customer?
So reading the response. Robot!!! If this co. Cares about retaining customers. A DM would reach out.
Getting ready to start a porch renovation. Heading to Home Depot for materials.
