I'm sure the decision to block off access from the back of the building was made for a very good reason, but it makes visiting this location so much more difficult that we just started going to Home Depot to avoid the awful congestion here.

As a long time Lowe's personal and business client, I have often run into Lowe's stores with poor customer service and especially poor delivery drivers. I have to say this Lowe's has been my greatest experience with Lowe's. Especially Elvis, the delivery driver. He was on time, communicated his ETA constantly, was efficient, curtious, and helpful.

I have tried to not use Lowe's for a few years now. All over Joplin Doors. But after the great customer service Harley gave me! They have won back a customer! Awesome associates, good quality products and plenty of products in stock ! Then with Awesome customer service associates like Harley! I'll definitely be back and recommend them! At least at that store!

Bought 31 pieces of shiplap, 18 of which were severely damaged. Why is damaged product getting shipped out??? On hold with customer service for over 30 minutes, no response. Finally gave up. Tried customer service online, was told a manager would contact us, still nothing. Y'all dropped the ball on this one Lowes! Extremely disappointed! Home Depot is looking better and better!

The assistant store manager Maggie has very poor customer service skills. She is rude, Racist and completely unethical. I had came twice to this Lowe’s location and was told by the ladies at the customer service desk that I needed to come back to speak to the manager at 1:30pm because only the manager was able to help me with the problem I had with my in store credit (card). Apparently she was too busy to help me at that time, I also left a message with my name and number and she didn’t even bother to look at it, it was still on the table on the same spot it was left when I had came earlier. I came back with my daughter and waited for over an hour and she decided to help a white guy even though she knew I had been waiting to speak to her, I guess the color of the skin does matter to her. Beware if you’re not white you won’t be treated with any respect at this location. The customer service people are so unhelpful and unprofessional, don’t know nothing. I just moved from California and have been a very loyal customer with Lowe’s for a long time and honestly I expected more from this store location because I had always have a great experience in the past but this Maggie person and the rest of the team at this location just ruined my shopping experience with Lowe’s and I am not shopping here anymore. We had to end up leaving without any help.This is by far the worst Lowe’s store when it comes to management experience and customer service. This Lowe’s store sucks!
