Customer service does not exist in this business. Asked for help from 4 different employees all I was given was finger pointing and guessing. I will be going to Ace Hardware just a little down the road. They took care of me happily.

I ordered a dishwasher from the appliance department on 17 Jan. The salesperson looked in the system and told me that there were five available in the warehouse, but they would not last long. I was told that it would be delivered within 10 days. I called today 30 Jan and was told that it will not be available until 5 Feb. This is unsatisfactory. If I had known that I was waiting 3 weeks, I would have made another selection. I was told today there is nothing comparable that I could get sooner, so I am stuck with waiting another week. Lowes as a whole seems to be declining in their customer service and military discounts. It is really sad.

I contracted Lowe's to install kitchen countertops. I was so excited to have finally saved up money to have it done. What a horror it ended up being with Lowe's unprofessional, horrible sub- contractors " STONE WORLD. " Since I had never done this type of home improvement, I wasn't aware that all parts of the project were not covered. For instance, once STONE WORLD removed my old countertops there was significant mold and water damage that they insisted was perfectly fine to be covered with my new $4,000 countertops. Really!?? I don't think so...and here's where the problem really begins. I went back to Lowe's to voice my concerns and ended up canceling the project. I was told by Christina that they had to bill me $120 because that work had been done. Lowe's ended up keeping over $400 of my hard earned money and refuses to this day to make things right even after me writing to their Corporate Office and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Be aware that they are no less than thieves in my opinion. You take a look at the mold and water damage and tell me, " Would you have been okay with that being left underneath your brand new countertops?" How sickening and disappointing. I will NEVER step foot in another Lowe's store again.

When I asked for help, I was told, " I don't know where it is, but its inside," and when I finally found the heaters, they were behind refrigerators on clearance. I literally had to squeeze behind them to get to the shelf. I was so mad I just ended up leaving.

Kobalt tools carry a "hassel free" exchange. not at this location. Tried by bringing tool in with mykala and then Yolanda. The customer service said they could do in store with my refrence number. now being harassed because they were not sure i purchased at Lowes. The exclusive carrier. Home Depot and online will be my paths forward until management changes the culture of not caring.

I have bought from this store for the absolute last time I have had numerous problems from installations to cabinets which was a complete nightmare to missed deliveriesThe number one problem at this store is customer service associates have either not been properly trained on how to give good customer service or the store manager doesn’t give a damn and allows the associates to be rude to customers. I’ve experienced this numerous times I will not name names from the manager to the assistant manager to numerous associates, I’ve had problems with all of themPerhaps they don’t realize it’s the customer that pays their way of life so we should be treated as suchHome Depot is such a better shopping experience
