Good looking products but only warranty them for 1 yr. For $128 for a thin pair of pants that ripped on the pocket area, I would say there are other options with other brands. Friendly staff.

Nice staff! they instantly helped me pick out the exact shorts i was looking for! the wait time wasn’t bad at all either even tho it was quite packed! in and out within 10 mins . can’t take a pick right now since it’s packed up in my suitcase but this is what i purchased!

Poor customer service. Received pants with a permanent crease in them near the shin of the calf. When I contacted Lululemon online customer service for them to uphold their one year satisfaction guarantee, I was told no. They basically said that I created the crease and it did not happen at their manufacturing plant. So the company does not even uphold their own standards. The crease won’t come out with washing, ironing, anything. I won’t be shopping with lululemon again.

Beautiful organized store. I encountered several employees and every one of them was extremely friendly and helpful. I needed to talk to the manager, she was so knowledgeable and kind. The employees at this store are what makes customers want to come back!

It was my sister’s birthday, so I got her a Lululemon gift. The store was clean and organized. The prices are a bit steep for me, but overall, it was a great experience and I didn’t have any issues.
