The employees at this location were so rude and unfriendly to me I have not been back since! Sharing this late so there’s no identifiers but last year I went to shop at this location, I have probably like 65+ empty packages that I always forget to bring to get a free face mask. Well I finally remembered to bring 5 in to get 1 mask! Mind you I spend A LOT of money at lush (not so much anymore after this experience).
I was shopping and the two girls working were both chatting and being super nice to 2 teenage girls, loading them up with free stuff when they weren’t buying a single thing. One of the workers finally comes over to me and I was looking at the masks - she said they just got shipment in and she could bring them out for me. All the masks in the fridge were going to expire in 1 week or so and there were hardly any in there, well I started a convo with her about having my 5 to trade and her demeanor completely changed. She said they actually didn’t get shipment of any masks in and instantly seemed annoyed with me that I was even redeeming my free gift? What?
Anyways, I shop around more and end up getting a hefty amount to buy. And an almost expired mask. I get to the cash wrap and the employee is LITERALLY DOING SHIPMENT of the brand new masks, they’re all sitting on the counter. She refused to speak to me as she checked me out and that is the last penny I ever spent at this lush location. The mask I got, albeit for free, molded in less than 10 days of bringing it home :/ super sad about that.
How are you rude to paying customers who are regulars (I assure you I am never rude I always try to be friendly despite social anxiety) and overly nice even giving free products to children who aren’t even buying anything at all is very sad. I now will only shop at town center location or just not at all.

Jomi is awesome!!! She is so knowledgeable and helped me pick out multiple new things to try and was so helpful and gave me wonderful suggestions. Thank you Jomi!! I normally go to the town center location but I’m going to go to this store from now on because she was so kind and helpful to me 10 stars!

Went in having no idea what I was walking into and was probably visibly overwhelmed, but a sweet woman named Cass noticed and came over to me the full tour of what the store had to offer without making me feel dumber than I already felt. Told her a rough idea of what I was looking for and she had multiple recommendations ready. Overall very nice experience and will definitely be coming back because of her.

I have been coming to this store for years and it is the only store I’ll shop at! Everyone is attentive, friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. The store is also always clean. The manager at this location really goes above and beyond for the staff and customers, making sure everyone has been helped.

The experience I had here with an employee I’ve never had in a store in my life, I am a regular Lush shopper and like testing new scents and it’s one of the only in the city.
I’m normally quiet or had social anxiety growing up and sometimes don’t really make eye contact but I’m not aggressive at all and small in stature too. I guess an employee said hi to me from the distance and I mumbled hi as I was focused on smelling the soap I came to try, she had dark straight hair and two nose piercings, and then came in front of me in a defensive position with her hands up and said acknowledge me and say something back and said I was so quiet like she was about to give a social lesson and very degrading (it also means she knows I replied back but it wasn’t good enough), she then said I was being rude and why would people want to engage with her.
I’m over 30 years old and at least at this age I’m able to stand up for myself or have an adult conversation and not once said anything personal about her, I do not even have to reply back, part of customer service jobs is greeting, but please consider how many people you see in a day with varying personalities, you never know how one handles a situation when they go home being labeled and self doubting themselves for who knows how long over an everyday shopping trip, especially when you already have to go past so many stalls with fake attitudes trying to sell you things and btw the store is located at the bottom floor or basement. It was unnecessary and I wish I had her name but I did not want to engage further and wise enough to know it’s not worth it and will try not to let this experience stick with me, it was really petty and rude of her to be fixated on one and comment on someone personally actually.

Today my Mom and Dad and I went to the mall. As I was walking around I decided to stop at Lush, and was immediately greeted by Cass. She was patient and friendly. As I was walking around, she would tell me about each bath bomb and have me smell it. Let’s just say my mom and I BOTH ended up getting stuff. I love going to lush because of their great service, amazing products, and wonderfully reasonable prices. I’ll be coming again once we run out of the bath stuff!!!!

When me and my friend walked in Phaedra greeted us with nothing but kindness and sincerity. She made us feel comfortable and welcomed. And was very helpful. The smile never left her face! It’s to refreshing to have someone provide such excellent customer service, will definitely be coming back soon!

Maggie was amazing!! I came in clueless looking for a hair product someone recommended and her hair was similar to mine and she set me up with some awesome samples I can’t wait to use! Everyone including Jomaris was SOO sweet and nice! Thanks girls!!

Maggie is fantastic!
My daughter and I had such a wonderful experience at Lush as usual but Maggie was just the glitter on top ✨️
My daughter was celebrating turning 9 and she said Maggie is her favorite person that works there and we visit a lot 😉 we love the store and the products and the employees are always friendly and helpful but Maggie was just that extra special magic touch to the day!

The Store over charged me which is a common error but the manager Jomi need extensive training on how to handle customers and service. I think it is maybe time for the general manager to put an adult in charge and to monitor this store. A 40 dollar overcharge should not be taken lightly - and the manager acted as my fault - no resolution. One call to corporate and resolved in 5 minutes. If you can help, at least be willing to provide the corporate number who can help right away - again please hire an adult who knows how to run/manage a store and how to talk to customers.
Update to below:
The below store response in not correct. The manager was extremely upset when I asked for corporate number. Never once did she refer me to corporate to resolve but only insisted I had to drive to store for her to even consider to assist. The below bad reviews for this store the past couple months show new management is needed. The whole issue could have been resolved if the manager was knowledgeable enough to refer me to corporate for assistance especially after I explained how far I drove for my Bday Lush and Mother’s Day lush. Again, she only blamed me for her employee mistake and downplayed a 40 overcharge never apologizing or accepting responsibility to fix.
