Well, I came to the M&J auto sales dealer where I was treated by Lady Johanna with excellent treatment. She explained everything to me and showed me several Asta models. I chose the one I liked, then I went through the financing with Mr. Thiago where he gave me the final payment numbers and how everything would be and the deal was also wonderful and finally I can leave very satisfied with my sheet metal and my car ready

Typical used car salesman. If you enjoy being lied to and ripped off this is the place for you. We purchased a car from them and after sent them the 9000 dollars they asked for they then said we owed an extra 1000 dollars. They also told us they would ship us the car and it would only take 2 days and it ended up being almost 2 weeks. When I confronted them about it they called me names that I won't repeat. They were so unprofessional in every way and I deeply regret doing business with them. Please protect yourself and buy elsewhere. After driving less than a quarter tank out of this car that arrived slam on empty we had traction control ligh abs light and check engine light come on.

I never thought there were such dirty people when it comes to doing a business, starting with the owner, they are not professionals, scammers is a very simple word for how these people behave, deceiving customers and intimidating them into turning the business backwards so that you run away. with the expenses of car problems

I just wanted to say this place is amazing the people here are so welcoming and helpful . I’ve been looking for a car for acouple weeks now came across this dealership and I’ll say I’m happy I did . I was blessed to have Neyla as my sales rep she really understood me as a single mom and Mike helped me with getting into a 2014 and a low apr something that the other dealerships didn’t help me with . I was shocked with how much they helped me lowering my monthly rate . & to say the car is in great condition !! So if anybody is looking to buy or finance this is the place for you ☺️☺️☺️

I’ve waited almost a month before posting my review. While I am happy they were willing to work with me, I do feel there where things that should have been handled differently part of that is my own fault for being in a rush to get a car. First the car I was going to look at to purchase and pay cash for was suddenly sold right before I got there even though had confirmed on my way there it was there and then they first were not able to work with me and left me sitting there for several hours while they were in the other room “trying to get financing” yes I have credit issues but when I was will to walk out at 8pm ish on a Friday night they suddenly had a car and financing. But wanted the deposit before they brought the car over. Was never offered to test drive before purchasing and honestly at that point I just wanted to go home I had been there since like 4pm and it was late. So I sent the $2500 down payment they went and got the car. Told drivers door handle needed fixing (they did fix) however they doesn’t go in to unlock it so can’t lock the car!! Pull out of parking lot and realize the gas tank is empty! Didnt expect a full take but some gas would have been nice and the car could have used a good detailing. Have message about not being able us the car lock. Then realized on a chilly night that the heat and defrost don’t work. Yes still need those in FL once in awhile - wanted me to bring the car in and leave it. But don’t have a loaner car to let me use while they have mine (at this point I’ve had the car three weeks) it’s 40 mins away so Uber/lyft gets costly and I still need to get to and from work so can make said car payments. Again this is my fault for not reading the contract closely but like I said it was late and I was the last customer there car was listed for 4999 on website I put 3000 down but financed 6411.15 I get there are fees and taxes but any time I’ve ever bought a car before the down payment was taken off the purchase price nope this 5000 car is gonna cost me $11000! And payment dates were not what I said I got paid they are the week before so my first payment and every payment hereafter will be a week late was originally told 6-8 months of payments nope it’s 15 months and wasn’t informed that my tags weee going to be COD so now need to come up with another $400 to get those! I guess biggest take away is too read contract closely and ask questions. Honestly if I had test driven it and read the contract I would have walked away and kept looking. But now stuck with it. They were friendly and did fix the broken door handles but not the locking mechanism. The heating issue is partly my own fault for not being fixed as I haven’t had time to drop it off and be without a car for an unknown period of time. Considering I’ve only had it a month at this point and was without a car for a month prior. I don’t want to discourage anyone from going there but don’t want to encourage at this point either. I’m just frustrated with the whole situation.
