The NC formulations are not as good and not as long lasting as the C formulations. I wish they would bring them back. She matched me with a color that is not a good match for me and both of them went on lunch break at the same time so even though they told me on the phone to come in, I got there and found a will be back in 30 minutes signed so I had to walk around and wait. I don’t know why they don’t just take turns going on lunch break, that would make more sense.

Hey there came in there today this morning around 10:00 or 11am upon for the come in and skin match take your free skin match home. Guy there acted as if I bothered him for the skin match. Mind you I was the only person in the store. He wasn’t very personable very he was very dry. Skin matched me I said thank you. Was very much done with him and the attitude. as I was going to leave he asked me if I wanted the to go sample. I said “yes please.” of course I want the sample . I went out of my way today because MAC employees did a good job and hyped this day up to get a full size sample to go. But honesty I was disappointed. So he gave me a glass bottle for what it was supposed to be the take home, but he literally put in a pump or 2 in the container moved it around and labeled it and that was it. You’ve lost my business MAC from here on out. Thank you to the male dry employee who didn’t appear he wanted to work today and everyone was an inconvenience to him.

Teresa was super helpful, sweet, and diligent. She helped my cousin and I find lip products; Teresa made sure to clean the products before we used them and had wipes handy for us. My cousin and I loved her southern charm. Thank you so much Teresa for your five star service!

Went there 3/5/24 u was just looking around but probably would have left with a lipstick. But I had asked if they try looks on the customers. Dude said DUHHH and I’m like ok. And his attitude was giving … very annoyed and standoffish. once I tried on the concealer I liked it and was going to buy it with a eyeshadow look for work. As soon as another customer walked in he immediately changed to an excited tone. Left me and started assisting her. I said I would be back with no intentions of returning.

I went there this Saturday where I was greeted by Tae he is so friendly and knows about the products he helped me find the best items for my skin and although I didn’t buy it then and there I will buy it in the future thanks to him!

I never had a makeover before and I didn’t know what to expect. I went in super hopeful and feeling like I’d have a great experience. I literally came to tears from the phenomenal makeup job Darnell did for me. I felt so beautiful and very happy! He was so patient with me and nailed the look I explained to him. I want to say the staff is incredible at the avenues mall, particularly Jillian. She has been my makeup guru with wonderful advice, professionalism, suggestions and even ideas to get me out of my comfort zone. I am so grateful for Jillian and her advice and kindness. If there is someone to seek help in the makeup world it’s her for sure. A huge thank you Jillian. You have a gift ;-)
