How is this store still in business? They are very unprofessional, rude and have no care in the world for the customers. One girl was on the phone cursing. After she got off the phone, she continued to talk trash about another employee. They also act like you're in the way when shopping. No excuse me or anything. It's like they hired only rude girls to work here.

Entered the store 15 minutes before closing today, and they told me they wouldn’t check me out. I’m surprised they don’t get fined for shutting their registers down before the mall closes.

Whoever was cashiering today between 2-3 pm (with the dreads) gave HORRIBLE SERVICE! She was rude and acted like I worked there I ended up leaving my clothes instead of spending money on this establishment. Get better workers please

Terrible! Today, Thursday, January 11, 2024, my friend and I went to this store, and we were surprised, with horrible attitudes from the employees who were there, who couldn't help us by picking up another size of clothes while they were in the fitting room! And in the end, even though we had items in our hands to pay for, they asked us to put the clothes that didn't fit us back on the hangers! I'm 42 years old, I've traveled to several places and this has NEVER happened to me! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Their names, Thalia and Collie, I don't know if that's how they're spelled!

If you wear a small don’t shop here on the weekends. All the smalls on are on the white mannequins which they won’t take down .

The retail sales worker that attended me on Friday was the worst , she claimed she was the manager when I asked for one to complain. She treated us so badly and talked to us in a very rude way. Even to my kids , she scared them by her bad attitude.I have never seen such a horrible customer service.

Asked to have a fitting room opened and was told “not my problem” umm you work in customer service selling clothes- lady it is your problem, your customer service skills suck and your store is a mess!

I love their items but some of the dresses the sizing is in Spanish. Definitely not a shop for a quick dress. If you are coming here make sure to have extra time for you to try on the clothes.

Horrible customer service! Picked up a shoe to see the price because it wasn't obvious how much it was, and it's usually on the bottom. Was yelled at "Don't touch the shoes on display!"Are you kidding me?!?!?

Seen store in passing one day in mall and went on line to figure out the store name outside anchor store at mall. I was like oh lord the reviews are not good for customer service brace myself. None the less my niece had one shirt in mind she seen in the window (yes the displays work) so we went. Don't believe everything you read the young women working in the store were engaging, helpful, and frankly down right friendly. I hope their managers see this. We visited on 11/23 around 1:30 pm and the young woman's name on the receipt was Kendall. Nice job ladies in world where no one even speaks, super impressed by you today. We will be back!
