Scammers, please don’t use this company. They charge the customers the money and they don’t reimburse. And then they don’t reply. The emails and phone calls. They’re going to lie to you every single time about the customer pay you the money but the customer already reimburse the money and they keep for themselves.

We worked with this broker daily until today. When we booked a load with them, we were stuck at the shipper for over 7 hours. We promptly informed the broker about the situation and notified them that we would miss the delivery appointment, requesting a new appointment time. However, they provided no assistance, and we ended up getting unloaded at the receiver after several days.
Afterward, when we requested compensation for detention and lost days, they have not been responsive, avoiding our phone calls and ignoring our emails for over a week!
We'll definitely think twice before booking another load with them in the future.
Edwin Buitrago is their Branch Manager, Jacqueline James, Hunter Markham and Nick Daniels!

Really 1.7 start rating could have guessed. So hotshot transporter are trash and you will pay us what ever ya want funny. Ya have a funny way of doing bussiness. For the rest of yall out here driving trying to make a living pass atleast one time on these clowns. Show them the only way they stay floating is thanks to us drivers. Magellan ya need to have a talk with your operators on the phones. And how they want to talk too people over the phone.

Absolute garbage of a company. They will book you on loads and not pay out the amount agreed upon. If any happens to the load with cancellation they will figure out a way to blame the carrier. Don’t bother calling or emailing either. Had one guy hang up on me and just ignore all emails you send. One of the worst companies I’ve ever worked with. Stay away.

Kept getting unsolicited calls from them. Would keep calling from 6am to 6:30. Would ignore the call, and they call back. I have no desire to deal with Florida nor do I have any need for transportation of anything. I don't know why these folks keep calling me. Finally blocked the freaking number, reported them to the FCC for unsolicited calls and am not reporting the unprofessional business practices to anyone who takes reviews. Go away!!!
