We purchased our beautiful bmw convertible from them back in June and we are loving it!! Had a great experience, filled out the credit app online told them the car we wanted showed up went on a test drive signed the ready paperwork and have been enjoying it since!! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great experience!!

we bought a car from this place around two months ago. it has been nothing but issues since then. within ONE day of driving the vehicle, my dash was lit up with several warnings. took it back into them twice, where they claimed nothing was wrong with it. we've had to take it to our own mechanic four times and have spent over $1,000 just to get it to the point where it's drivable. i was not expecting it to be in perfect condition but this is extremely disappointing and their dismissal of us was frustrating. i never leave negative reviews, but when you're in the market for a used car, you likely don't have a spare grand laying around and countless hours to spend at a mechanic's.

Title and Registration NOT included.. you must pay separately. This WAS NOT explained before hand. Customer service was great, There were a couple hiccups..But overall. It is a great vehicle, and easily fixed..

I had a great experience. I totaled my car, and they helped me find something that worked for my needs and budget. They were also willing to search around in case we could find something better at an auction or another dealership. They worked on my timeline and they are very generous with servicing their vehicles.

Pure evil. I bought a car only to find out there are no keys to unlock the car as it turned out to be a theft recovery. I locked the car to go in and pay for it and when I came out, I found two of the employees prying open the door so they could get it unlocked. They destroyed the door, weatherstripping and body around it causing $2000 of damage. When I asked for my money back everyone on the premises promptly left in a coordinated escape. I found myself standing there alone with a severely damaged vehicle that doesn't lock. It cost me thousands of dollars to make it right. I guess it's also worth mentioning that it needed $6000 of other repairs that were patched to function just long enough for the test drive. Yes, that's $8000 of repairs needed for a $6000 car.

Do NOT buy a car here by any means. They all have serious issues that they try to cover up. I took the car to a mechanic to have it checked out and the mechanic deemed the car not fit to drive. I emailed a report from the mechanic, photos, and called but did NOT receive a response. Horrible place to buy a car and would not recommend it to anyone car almost caught fire the same day. My daughter and 2 grandchildren where in the vehicle and the car could have exploded.12.16.23You only responded AFTER I wrote a google review, blast it on FB, and called my bank to dispute the charge. I was told by the SALES guy that it was sold as is and there was nothing the owner could do about it(after he mention it to you). No one picked up the phone and spoke to me directly. I did not receive a email response until after i complained publicly. I received one email to let me know that the car was fixed and ready for pick up. I am not putting any human in that car. When I get the title I will get it towed from your property. So I disagree that you "took care of it on the first response". This is not true. I don't feel the vehicle should have ever been sold to a consumer.
