Really disappointed. I originally asked for matte black. So Bob applied the tips, acrylic and shiny black polish and once my nails are painted shiny black, I’m told it isn’t any matte topping which was a big mislead and let down. But I kept it cool just asked them to jazzy them up with red stones. I had a gala to attend out of town. And honestly the shiny black wasn’t what I desired but I loved them with the stones (my pictures with a brown out on, is when I first got them fixed) I got my nails done on a Thursday by Friday a nail popped off and stones were missing. And not to mention my toes were polished and left with bulky parts that stood out of the polish. So I returned the next day for them to replace the nail that popped off and to fix my toes that were bulky. Also I originally paid $80 for acrylic full set with gel polish on hands and feet and stones. When I returned I was charged $6 for them to fix the nail that popped off and my toe that was bulky. And I went out of town and all the nails popped off one by one. And not from me hitting them on anything. The entire acrylic nail came off. And for $86 a week later and three nails were left on. My toe polish chipped and it was gel. Also a side of my right thumb nail polish came off of while I was swimming inside a hotel pool. I looked a mess by the nails out of town. Very big disappointment!

First off when I came in I asked Mary if she could do a specific style and she said she could. I told her the color scheme I wanted which was black pink and white with silver accents and she went to the back only to come back out with GOLD foil. Smh which is not at all in the picture I showed her. She proceeded to put my nails on and the tips were clearly too small for my nail beds I had to ask her to put FIVE larger tips on not 1 or 2… so then boom she fixes the tips and proceeds to my nails and man the acrylic wasn’t even all the way to the tip but the base of the nail was thick as grits. My fingers were looking bulky.. her son Michael later fixed it. I asked for 3D nails and she literally didn’t stick to the theme I showed her. The nails looked like a whole bunch of random junk was just stuck to them not even strategically placed so I kindly asked her to remove all of them. She couldn’t do the snake print right so her son did it but he did not seal it with a gel top coat so all kinds of junk have been sticking to my nails. This was the WORST experience ever!! No exaggeration. I had to go home a put my own clear coat on just to get dirt and hairs to stop sticking to my nails… only paid $55( wanted 3D but couldn’t get it) so if you trying to be cheap it may be for you. Oh and I told them no glitter and she still put it on and her son went and added more smh.**Also the salon was noticeably filthy with dust and debris everywhere. Unorganized and out dated supplies/machines

Walked in they did not even Acknowledging the 2 of us we waited for almost an hour and they kept taking other people in front of us without even saying anything I will never go back again.

This is a health and safety issue with this shop. I will be reporting them. Dirty no sanitation and tools reused on several ppl with just alcohol spray.
