I have a Kia I was paying 90$ for a oil change my oil pump went bad from these men not changing my oil filter they was only releasing the old oil and putting new oil in without changing my oil filter & and they messed my car up I don’t recommend getting a oil change from this place this is not the first time they have done this also another person had the same exact experience as me THEY DONT CHANGE OIL FILTER , PUTS IN NEW OIL AND RELEASE OLD OIL. FOR FUTURE REFERENCE HAVING A BAD OIL PUMP AND NOT GETTING YOUR OIL FILTER CHANGE CAN CAUSE ENGINE PROBLEMS DONT GO TO MASTER ON LEM TURNER

Went today on a Wednesday and was charged 90 when I asked about the lady’s day special he said. “That’s just the price of the oil change” … no real explanation as to why I wasn’t getting the price advertised. Horrible!

I was happy I went with my gut on this one.. I needed my oil change in my car. But I didn't want to wait for alone time. I was the only person there at the time.. I asked questions, and the manager gave me honest answers.. I was happy with the service, and I will be returning for my next oil change..
