We only went in to take a look bruh. We were in the area and since they were still open we walked over to see if they had any Nectar mattresses. Jamarris greeted us immediately and we explained what we were looking for. He stated that this stores didn't have any but they did have the Purple mattresses and we should try them out. We did and I immediately fell in love with it! I couldn't believe how much pressure it took off my shoulders, back and hips. I was getting emotional because I felt some much better. He brought out a mattress that was similar to a Nectar and we immediately hated it. Oh well. We bought a Purple mattress, adjustable base, a mattress protector, and pillows. Yeah, we went all in.Thank you again Jamarris for taking the time to help us and steer us in the right direction for comfort, relief, and much better sleep.

Great experience! Rosemary was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She answered our many questions and helped us pick out the perfect bed. She also helped us get the best discounts available which saved us over $2,000. I would highly recommend her and Mattress Firm.

We were serious about finding a mattress. Salesmen were friendly and helpful. Showed lots of options, didn't push and helped with the price. Can't wait to try out our new bed. Thanks Nik.So my bed frame and mattress came today. The delivery was on time and the delivery guys were great...Unfortunately, things weren't what I was expecting. The mattress is fine. The bed frame is not. It was supposed to lift at the head and the feet. It only lifts at the head. It's supposed to have an anti gravity setting. It doesn't that I can tell but the biggest thing for me was the height. It was a major selling point for me that the bed was waist high. I made that clear and was disappointed when I saw that it was 10 to 12" off of the ground. I can build a frame that would get it as high as I want but I don't think that I should have to. Going to call tomorrow to see if there was a mistake but I'll probably return this and have to go back to bed shopping. ?

Mike at the Town Center is the best! He understood our needs and handled professionally and expediently. Mike is very fair and honest. Nice there is still awesome customer service out there when that is getting hard to come by anymore.
