I don’t think I’ve ever went to a Mcdonalds that had a working shake machine. If your employees are too lazy to use the machine or keep it operational throughout business hours then these items should be removed from the menu.

It’s hard getting their attention, staff members don’t come to the register unless you get there attention. They’ll tell you to use the kiosk unless you only have cash. Seems like each time I’m there, they’re rude. Also the screen that shows which orders they’re serving is broken, has been for weeks so whoever the owner is must not care either. I would avoid this McDonald’s, there’s plenty of other options in the area. Unless you just have to have it; then I Hope it goes well for ya. I won’t be returning

The manager in the morning costing them money. As the person above stated no cars in line they don’t even have decency to acknowledge people are in the line. Ignores customers. Just because it’s fast doesn’t mean be lazy and not do your job. I went to another McDonald’s on Merrill much better management not a bunch nonchalant behavior. I can’t say enough it starts at the top. The other location had far more cars and still handled it professionally

Sunday @ noon. No one at counter to take order. Like they expected you to use the order kiosk, don't like to have to use them. Fish and fries was barely warm?

Seems like there is no training in customer service or paying attention to customer orders. Go to any other McDonald's, no one is trying to work here.

If I could give 0 stars I would.I fully understand being understaffed as I am a manager, but that is no reason for the employees in the building to ignore the customers, food be cold and hard, egg be spoiled and orders not be fully filled.Then when they do say something to customers it's rude and with an attitude, if you are so understaffed that you can't run both drive through and lobby lock the lobby doors. Tons of McDonald's do it.This location has went down hill every since the remodel and the lady manager that was there went to Emerson.

Horrible always and doesn’t seem to get better. Whoever the owner is must not know that their staff doesn’t greet people at the speaker and will ignore you at the window. If you can’t run 24 hours change the hours your staff isn’t built for it
