Horrible customer service. Was there to pick up an online order. Didn't know they were closed. I pulled up to a window to see a girl working and a mobile order sitting next to her. She would look at me and not even bother coming up to the window at all. When I circled back around to get the customer service number which is posted next to the window she came up and waved her arms aggressively for me to get out of the line. These kids yall hire have no respect or customer service skills. McDonald's is a joke for that reason. Do better.

It’s a little short woman with glasses that is so nice & professional. When I do curbside pick up I’m going to make sure I have cash for a tip for her. She is a great employee!!!

My fries were missing so I came back the next day to get them. I also ordered food and the fries were cold!!!! I waited 10 minutes at drive-thru with no apology or explanation for why it was taking so long. The young black man didn't even speak to me. This McD's is more expensive than other ones as well.Parking: Drive-thru line blocks handicapped parking

I used the drive-through. Ordered big breakfast, no p/cakes,1 xtr sausage, oatmeal, no fruit, caramel Frappe. I paid at the first window and proceeded to the next to receive the order. The young lady handed me the food bags and said just a moment for the frappe. A short time later, the manager loudly reprimanded the associate for not having me pull forward because the timer was running. That manager was not right to talk to any employee with that tone in earshot of customers or other associates. I was embarrassed for the young lady who was obviously newly hired and not familiar with the timer and its purpose. Since I was the only car she thought it was ok to let me sit. Management should take time to first realize how she is speaking to her staff and reflects her level of respect for others. The reason for the delay was actually her fault for not assuring the area was properly stocked pre-shift.

They moved the fountain drink machine into the back, it takes way too long to get your drink now. I don't like it.Update: its been 20 minutes still no drink.Second update: got drinks, burgers now cold. Waste of time and money, next McDonalds I see with no fountain machine in the lobby I'm skipping.

Delayed initially by drive thru order ahead of me with numerous order corrections and a very large order. Surprisingly, their pickup time was very quick at less than 2 minutes. I had a much smaller order and had to wait over 6 minutes.

Overall a poorly run establishment. We tried to order a Kerwin Frost adult happy meal on the app, but it was not available for some reason. We instead ordered a regular Big Mac meal and went on to the location. When we got there, they said the meal was available. We asked if we could trade the big mac we ordered for a kerwin frost meal, but the lady at the register said no. As someone working the drive thru heard this, he said "we can give her a box, it's not that big of a deal if the app wasn't working" but the lady at the register was focused on us buying another big mac for the box alone. I'm not sure if this was due to ignorance or trying to make more money, but I'd like to thank the man at the drive thru for trying to make this 3 star establishment a true 5 star McDonalds. As for the lady at the register, I hope that extra 14 dollars is worth the reputation that was put on our family of 6 that will instead go to a different location.

Prices at this location are DOUBLE what they are at others in town. Not worth it. Just drive a few miles to a diff location and save your money.

I asked the cashier to speak to the supervisor since he tried handling the situation when random people walked up to the window trying to do a pick up but one of the people didn’t listen. I’ve done DoorDash and pick up orders for years and have always been told I have to wait in the drive through line. Even when I didn’t have a car, they wouldn’t allow me to do what this guy did tonight.Didn’t know the manager “David”was going to be so rude. Well that’s the name he gave me don’t even know if that’s his real name considering he didn’t have a name badge on. Its sad how people like that can get a title of that kind and treat people anyway they please. Should give the cashier who was on shift a promotion and let that current supervisor who said his name was David go. I’ve been in a corporate store for many years and I can’t believe the way this supervisor handled this situation today.I waited patiently in line for over 20 mins until a few guys walked up to the window trying to pick up food. I just don’t think it’s fair for people in drive through to wait and others just be able to walk up and cut in line.

I will give this store 5 stars, however please clean the parking lot and landscaping areas around the store,The trash build up along all sides of the Store makes the Store look unkept!With the new renovation on the inside, what is going on on the outside.Proper cleaning of the parking lot and landscaping areas will make the Store shine. This Store’s “curb appeal” is in need of some help!The Laundry Mat behind the McDonald’s needs help, too!
