  Been here a few times between myself and my family. Last visit, they used a lab out of our network (according the insurance, they are supposed to check), and now -months later- we are responsible for an unexpected bill. This is a first for us, but lesson learned.

  I wanted 40 minutes for them to tell me Ithey couldn't help me. They did say I should go to ER across the street. They told me you were partners with them but they said you were not. I was glad for the referral because they could help me right away. Everyone in your office was very friendly.

  Very friendly and helpful. Saw the problem immediately and took care of it.
