The Best experience I have ever had! A young woman, I believe her name is Marie or Maria, helped me beyond expectations. The prescription my doctor called in was unavailable and on back order. She went out of her way to show me what they had in stock and that if my Dr wanted to switch it, it was available. She even showed me the pricing comparison between the two saving me $400! She showed me how to login with the pharmaceutical company to get a discount that she can apply to the account. It was amazing the time she spent helping me get my Rx and saving me a ton of money. Medtown has all my future pharmacy business!

Most aweful experience ever. The prescription was called over by Jax Implants after my mom just had oral surgery. It is the business basically next door and it was called there so we could get it quickly and get her home to rest as it was a major surgery. As soon as I came in I told her I needed it as quickly as possible because of my moms situation. I was forced to wait over 25 minutes for the medication yet was literally the only person in line or at the pharmacy in general. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Absolutely aweful!

The folks at Medtown Pharmacy really care about people and are dedicated to their customers. The nicest, most compassionate folks in the business! I travel from St Augustine to use this pharmacy!

We struggled to administer a twice daily tablet to our cat. Medtown made his medication into a cat friendly flavored chewable. Now our cat thinks he is getting a special treat instead of medicine. Thanks Medtown!

Everyone at Medtown Pharmacy are so nice. Whenever I have a question about medication or something new in my life, compound medication for my cats, they take the time to explain the answer to me.

This is by far the best independent pharmacy in the area.The pharmacist go above and beyond to make sure you get all your prescriptions quickly and for the lowest price. I was using Walmart which was always busy and I often times would end up waiting longer then necessary. Since switching to Medtown I've been nothing more than pleased with the service and the commitment that the staff shows for taking care of their customers. There is also a great cafe located inside with the best coffee and pastries with free WiFi and cool atmosphere. ? Medtown!!!

I switched from CVS to Medtown, and I'm so glad I did! It's a 20-minute drive from my house, but their customer service is worth it. Very nice pharmacy staff!!!

Five stars all the way! I'd give six if I could. This is a "compounding pharmacy" that can fill certain scrips that others will not or cannot. But they also fill the "usual stuff." You'll find pharmacists that do not hide behind glass and are too busy to talk with their customers. Rather, you'll encounter very helpful folks who are only too pleased to provide a full and very helpful explanation/details/etc. Dealing with these folks was a real relief from the usual CVS, Publix, Wynn Dixie, Walgreens pharmacies. Thank you!

Chen and his staff are flat out incredible. They are always readily available to offer insight and help into any questions or concerns a patient may have. Further, they’re collective knowledge on gathering patients’ background and current symptoms in order to educate patients is fantastic.

I called 7 pharmacies before I was put in touch with Medtown, which had in stock a medication that other pharmacies were short on. The pharmacist and staff were very helpful, the atmosphere is pleasant and clean, and I would highly recommend them for your medication needs. They also delivery and mail for a small fee, which can be very helpful.

This is the best pharmacy in Jacksonville hands down. You call and someone actually answers the phone. The staff is all extremely friendly and caring. There is a coffee shop inside!! Everything is clean and most importantly, it is locally owned and your medicine is ready on time.

This was such a surreal experience. I called and immediately someone answered. Not only did the person who answered immediately know the answer to my question, he asked if I knew about the discount card and offered to take care of it for me. I found out later it was the pharmacist who answered.When I walked in, I was confused why there is an adorable cafe and everything is decorated modern. Then the person who helped me behind the counter was absolutely wonderful and I left feeling like I was dreaming. I drove home in silence thinking about my experience and pondering why we don’t have more pharmacies like this.

I always thought ditching the big brand pharmacies would be nice, but super expensive or complicated or something, but now that I’ve switched my RXs Medtown, you’ll never see me at a big chain pharmacy again. It’s everything you wish you were experiencing when you’re waiting in line at cvs.
