Prices were not great but on a few items, so check price online before your purchase. Food was way beyond best if used by date, so check that as well. No refunds if a item does not work, store credit only for on 2 days when I asked.

Lasy that spoke spanish was very rude explaining that i had to get more than 5 dollar to pay with card. I understood but she was very rude. I also had to wait a couple minutes to be served.

Be careful at check out! Things are not itemized so it is hard to check your receipt. The cashier intentionally double charged me for a $6.99 item. I know it wasn’t just a mistake because she listed it first as a clothing item and then listed it again as a taxable item and I had not purchased anything else at that price!! Not going to go fight for $6.99, but they lost a customer.

Prices are discounted by like $2.00 scan barcodes and compare online prices, Scared of getting sick from they're expired foods just assume the meats spoiled due to no labeling or dates and with all other foods out of date.

as long as you accept this place for what it is, it's a great place to find marked down items!

I have shopped there five to ten times and NEVER NEVER has the clerk told me " Thank-you" as she hands me my receipt. I spent over 100.00 last week buying gifts and household items , but the older short Spanish lady too DID NOT say " Thank-you" as she gave me my receipt. The most important two words in any retail business is " Thank-you". The battle for our consumer dollar amongst Ollies's, Big Lot's, this store, and internet is strong. The owner needs to have a training class and make MANDATORY that the clerks say " Thank-you" when giving the receipts. If you want to shop at a store where the clerks and associates speak loudly in Spanish and are impolite, this place is for you.I'm going back to Ollie's and Big Lots and the internet for my shopping. Nobody here ever has thanked me when I buy stuff from them and I spend hundreds of dollars when I shop.Train the clerks to thank the customers.I don't want a " have a nice day " at the end of my sale it should be " thanks for shopping with us ".

Be aware of expiration dates. Almost all of the crackers and chips I bought here are stale. I also purchased 3 bottles of wine at different times and they were bad. The Chardonnay came out brown. Their policy in NO REFUNDS on wines. I would like to think that if I returned a bad bottle of wine with proof of purchase they would at least consider an exchange for another product at equal value. Their prices on wine ie: Kendall Jackson have gone up 25% in the last few months. Now priced only $2.00 less than Winn Dixie’s regular specials of $9.99.

A good place to go once a week to see what meats you can find for like 20-80% off retail price. We even found sake and really good wines there too for half price. Really good rugs too.Customer service is fine. I don't understand low ratings due for "not having a premium customer service experience". I go to stores to buy groceries, not to make conversation. The people at checkout are kind and that's all I care about. As grocery places soar, keep places like this in mind. And keep an eye on expiry dates and whether an item was frozen or not. All liquidation stores require you to check expiry before purchasing. It's just the nature of the game.
