We have purchased several items from the Men's Wearhouse, and my son has rented three tuxedos. This is the first time we have ever had a horrible experience. Even when service isn't up to par, I refrain from giving businesses bad reviews. Since this was definitely racially motivated, I will be reaching out to the cooperate office. If I could, I would give them zero stars.

Weird vibe. You get what you pay for. You will be paying for alterations, some $35 per sleeve, etc. total of 1/2 of the sports coat. When we went back to pickup the new jackets the dude was too sassy! The sales clerks all crowded around the back talking about how “stupid kids were, and they don’t know their shoe size.” ?

Shannon Harvey gave some of the worst in store experience I’ve honestly ever received….I was peacefully shopping planning outfits for the beach and next thing I know she’s talking trash about my father and how he should run along back to where he came from…..She poorly helped me and kept taking me to clearance as if that was my only budget. The customer service is absolutely repulsive.

I went to the Men’s wearhouse in st John’s. The store was busy. Totally understand. There was a QR code for check in to get on line. I was 2 on line. I observed who was ahead of me and the 2 parties that came in after me. I didn’t get names. I will and will update. A nice gentlemen explained the QR process when we walked in. I patiently waited as I saw how busy the store was. And then I see a different sales representative (older white male with white hair) approach a white couple and tell them the process and that someone would help them. They too needed help with a tuxedo and were 2 behind me. They said they joined the QR line after me. I am Hispanic and there was a black family after me. Well the man returned to the white couple and went to help them. This man took it upon himself to skip the Hispanic and black family waiting. It is disgusting!!! I spoke the man who initially greeted me. He apologized and acknowledged how it was not right. He helped me on the spot and answered my questions. I gave 2 stars for the sales man who helped me. The other guy should be retrained or fired!

Shannon the manager is rude and shouldn't be in a position of management. She told me I was being "disrespectful" to the Bride & Groom after refusing to buy a shoe from them. The Groom called me while I was there to let me know I do not need to purchase a shoe but she refused to talk to the groom and gave me an attitude. Also, the staff here is complete garbage. They made degrading comments regarding my tall athletic build in front of other customers. The Groom had a bad experience here prior to me coming in and just moved his entire party including myself to the location at the Avenues for pick up. I would encourage anyone considering this place to read the bad reviews and go somewhere else! This was a horrible experience!

The only reason they get 2 stars at this store is James. He even in the midst of them being slammed went out of his way to make sure what I needed was taken care of and to emphasize that the wedding and all that entails is about myself and my bride to be. He even when presented with problems was sincere, and highly attentive and respectful, the same cannot he said for the rest of his coworkers including the store manager Shannon. One of my groomsmen already had shoes and Shannon instead of taking the phone when I called my groomsmen to explain to her that the shoes are optional she refused to talk to me and stated that he was being disrespectful towards my bride when she has never met or interacted with myself or my bride. This is now the second negative review because of Shannon and how she believes the store should be ran when they are being slammed. Respect is the only priority the biggest thing that needs to be addressed in this location. Again only bright spot in this negative environment is James he is their only good thing going for them !

Absolutely horrible experience while getting a suit rented. My husband was treated horribly with the RUDEST employees. My husband is a tall and thin, was body shamed by the male employee. Treated disgusting by the female and male employees. If we didn’t have to rent the suit from there for a wedding, we would be taking our business to Brooks Brothers like we do EVERY TIME because they are elite. Do not take your business here. I’m disgusted.

I went here for a tux rental for my boyfriend for prom, and the man that “helped” us was rude. He was getting super frustrated that I was asking questions, like what he think would look best, and he just acted like we were wasting his time… including rolling his eyes and “sighing” a few times. Also when we were actively looking he took away the paper with all the styles and colors on it, I guess because we were being to indecisive. He then quoted us about 280 dollars (without tax) for all 9 pieces and we said we were going to go over to Michael’s Formalwear to see the price and he had an attitude about that. We ended up going over there and they quoted us 160 dollars. The staff was so nice over there, compared to Men’s Warehouse. The people at Men’s Warehouse forget it’s their job and actually have to work it.

I bought an extra pair of pants from the store,no tailoring needed. I didn't try the pants on first because I got the same brand and size as normal,(I have multiple pairs they are for work.)When I returned home I threw out the tag and put them on,and noticed the fit was really off. I took the pants off and looked at the stitching and it was horrible and see through. I took the pants back up to the store a week later when I was free,and they told me they could not return the pants because they were worn and had no tag on them. Did not want to assist me in any way,very rude. Would never take my business back.
