Horrible experience. There was one representative that didn't give a damn. I don't really understand why they have him in there. They should be losing a lot of money with that representative there. I don't think management knows.
I suggest to anybody not to go there. Wow! I just couldn't believe it.

I received the most excellent service from Erica and Donnell after the worst possible service at another Metro location that I have been trying to resolve an ongoing issue with since Wednesday of last week. Thank you Donnell and Erica.

I had a problem with keeping my same phone number while switching over from Assurance wireless to Metro. I purchased phone at another Metro store. I did not have a lot of success and it seemed like they no longer wanted to be bothered with the phone number switch over time. I called Metro at Youngerman Circle 8635 Blanding Boulevard,Jacksonville I called and spoke with manager Donnell I told him my issue even though I didn't buy the phone there Mr Donnell said no problem I'll help you and he did. Very knowledgeable person for sure. They have my business from here on out. For Mr Donnell to take the time to help me speaks volumes. I find the store associate s knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend this store.

This location is the best location I’ve ever been to , the manager is very friendly and did an amazing job I was in and out in just a few minutes and she helped me with a great deal

After almost canceling my service with Metro I go to this store and have a wonderful experience. Lisa and 2 others were so helpful and easy to work with. This is the best store I have been to. She and her co-workers are the only reason I am with Metro . The other stores act as if you are bothering them when you walk in the store
