Never goto this store. I had to buy a new phone and they just skipped the entire setup process so he can get his commission. Very rude and did not want to do his job properly

The worst customer service I've ever seen!! I came in on my lunch break. I was looking to get a new phone, the guy working there could have cared less. He didn't try at all to help me with getting a new phone. He was to busy looking at his own phone. He really did nothing. Today I went back there. This same person was working. When I walked in I said hello a couple times no one was even in the store he was sitting outside in his car. He acted like it was a huge inconvenience to come inside and help me or anyone else. I will go out of my way to go to a different location. I will tell anyone who will listen not to go there! Such a big disappointment because I live right across the street from this store in the brand new condos

DO NOT GO HERE!!! This Spanish girl here does not DO ANYTHING! 3rd time I needed to stop by bc I called and they told me to go to a location and THE SAME girl every time tells me to call. I go to a different location, they help. Honestly, DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME WITH METRO PERIOD. I switched to Verizon!

I'm switching to a new carrier after what happened yesterday. I don't ever write bad reviews unless I truly had a bad experience. My mom and I were looking for a new phone and the girl at the front counter was rude and had a bad attitude. She asked for my password which I had but she immediately berated me for not remembering at first. Very condescending and the girl she was training she was also treated horribly by her. After my mom and I left the store, we went to the apple store and got a new phone no problem but we still need to go activate the cellular service for $30. Which is fine I don't mind for the record but I rather not be talked down to like I'm an idiot. Called the store number and it no longer works, girl at the front counter never gave her name and I never got a name for the manager or store owner.

Phone number on the website says disconnected. Rarely there on the hrs posted. You just have to show up and hope someone's there I guess.

They know what they're doing and when we showed up one evening 5 minutes after closing time, they gladly helped these 2 old people with our phone cover problem! Thanks guys!!
