I guess all metro stores suck now. They just want to rip u off and take advantage. I've been with metro since they began over 18 years and I get nothing but treated terrible and no discount on a new phone, no deals nothing. Plus they all try to rip u off at these franchises now. Go somewhere else save your money and keep your stress levels low. These stores will just stress u out.

I walked in this location with the intent to port a line over and purchase an iPhone 11. Online I was directed to go to the store to receive the promotional price offered. The person working not only contradicted nearly every fine print stated on the promo flyer but his scammer vibes were also on high. He wanted $380 out the door for what should have been a free iphone 11. I got on call with corporate who informed me he was very wrong and mis-informing me. Before I left he offered to lower the price to $300! Good thing I trusted my instincts and went to another Metro PCS! I was able to walk out of another metro PCS store in the area with an iphone 11, the top tier plan and insurance for $144. Do yourself a favor and avoid this scamming location at all cost!

I went there and the sale person was so rude he almost got into a fight with me i had to leave his name was luis big short guy so rude i will never go back there

The lady was not helpful the phone I really wanted corporate had it.they wouldn't let me trade the phone only had the phone 20 mins if you want good service please go to a metro corporate office.this is sad

Cursed out by staff member Sherise I'm so unhappy that I have to give them at least one star but I highly rate this location a negative star. I went to this location on July 6 2020 looking into upgrading a line. There were 2 representatives working. I was next in line Sherise was the one to assist me. She never greeted me. I explained to her, not once but 4 times what I was trying to do. My exact words, "I have a line for my grandson,I'm looking to get another phone he lost his phone." She kept saying, "so you are looking to add another line?" I said , "no,." Explained again. At this point I became irritated that she is trying to sell me another line. So i walked over to the Male representative that was free. I explained the same thing to him. He understood. That's when Sherise said. "If you would have told me that I would have helped you." I didn't reply to her. She kept being confrontational. I told her that is exactly what I said to you. The make associate took her in the back, to get her off the floor. while in the back should begin to curse and Yale and called me a b**** she didn't came from the back and started cursing and yelling I just kept talking to the representative I then asked him for the manager district managers information he wrote it on a piece of paper I called that number as soon as I left the store I held off multiple messages to be exact five messages no response I went back into the store today and unknown to me Miss Cherise was working I asked her could I get the managers information she wrote it down and gave me a manager name of John with the same phone number now the previous representative gave me a name of Jeanette so at this point coming from retail myself I'm thinking that they're giving me a number to one of their demo phones because I can't honestly see why a manager would not return a call after 5 messages explaining what my customer has experience was in the store not to mention their cameras with audio to see how this representative was acting. I have never gone into an establishment and have an associate to blankly curse me out call me out of my name and continue to be confrontational and the management has yet to contact me to get an explanation or to take any action so that this can't happen again I would highly not recommend this location this is a very unprofessional location and from my experience lack of management. I called the Metro by T-Mobile corporate office today and I spoke with the nice young lady who advised me that she was sending this over to management and HR she was the only one to take the address of the location and the associates name so I'm hoping that someone will contact me this time. If you're looking for a location that is going to provide you with great customer service and make sure that all your needs are addressed I would not recommend this location not until the management and staff is cleaned up. My honest opinion about this location the representative was so eager to get a sale from a new line My Issue was mynute by me not wanting to get a new line she immediately developed an attitude I didn't want a assist.

Metro PCS just double charged me $55 for an UNLIMITED $50 a month pre-paid no plan service. I been wit metro since nobody had signal on their service. I use it for my throw aways. I guess boost mobile has the same deal. Over all the yrs ima be real, metro pcs is trash, its just cheap. Now everyone has the same deal. Dueces.
