My phone started messing up so my family said time to get a new one,so i went there, but the man helping me refused to sell me the phone without a case, screen protector,or charger, i wouldhave bought them but he wanted $160 for them so he said he wouldn't sell me the phone unless i purchased at least the charger, and my old charger ended up working ! I feel his price for these items was exagerated, went to main store on Normandy and had no problem there !

Do not spend a dollar with this scam artist lying thief. Al is his name and crook is hiss game. Sold me a broken phone, lied about prices. Over charges you on anything you buy in this store. I see he has horrible reviews. Claims to be a Christian as he's lying to your face. Don't support his behavior. Shut him down!! Looks like people are on to you, would think you'd change your horrible customer service skills. Metro you will loose business because of him.

I came in and wanted to switch from boost to Metro. From my understanding it was $50 for my plan, to switch my number over was around $20, $20 for the phone I wanted to pick. I told the girl in the store I didn't want a case and I didn't want a screen protector. She insisted I got a screen protector and told me I only paid $5 for it. If you add all that up that's $95. When I walked out the door my total bill was $151 and some change. I called corporate and they told me that I was way overcharged. So I explained it to the person at the store and they insisted corporate was wrong. I would not step a foot in the store ever again and would recommend no one elsewould as well. I'm a single dad and can't afford to just hand over $50 to someone that types in whatever number they want into the debit machine

I seem to never get any help when I have an issue with my phone or my service. I stopped in this Branch today the young lady was rude, snappy and finally I just told her to have a good day because maybe she needs to just not being in customer service with that type of attitude. I was wanting to look at phones with an open mind and she was wanting to know what my budget was how much I was willing to spend like I didn't have any money when in reality I was actually going to spend quite a bit of money so it's the store is loss and I will take my business elsewhere. There's a lot of people needing work right now so maybe y'all should do some hiring!

Stay away, unless you like getting ripped off. They know all the scams. I should have known better myself. They have no customers, so the few people that do wander in, they have to rip off to make a buck. I think the people working there, are ex carnies. They're pathetic!

Just got a phone here for my daughter. The customer service was great the pricing was great but when I went to leave a review I seen a nasty comment from Laura and brought it to the managers attention. Turns out she was a “good” repeat customer in a tough spot that promised to bring back money for a few phones and other items but never did. I dont think thats a fair comment and didn't add up with the good service I received.
