Horrible place to buy Metro pcs services, Metro store owner make 40% of they money from accessories,20% from employees sales ,5% from payment,35% from metro , they buy 90% of the accessories $4-$6 each cover and sale from $20-$80 No Restrictions,and they sell them at the price that the owner and the employee want, the metro allows it and does not put limits on it, so for example in the majority of the metro they force you to buy cover & accessories and put the most expensive plan because the most expensive plan is more money that Metro pcs gives them and if the employee sells little the owner does NOT give them a bonus, to force the employee to steal from you for him, they have to sell more than 10,20,30 , accessories, phone, plans monthly to have a bonus, each owner have his rule and yes You don't meet the goal, the employee doesn't collect a bonus even if you sell 9 out of 10. Metro allows it, that's why they steal from you and lie to you and force you to end up cheap is not better. Use the 14 day protection by calling Metro directly.

I came in and wanted to switch from ATT to Metro. From my understanding it was $45 for my plan, to switch my number plus a free phone but I can't get a free phone without buy accessories and the $65 plan ?? Metro put the stop to your associates please.

Steph and manager helped me out so muchhhh. Both a blessing. Going through hard times and they made sure they took the time to really help me. Got me into a really good phone with smartpay. God is good. Good representatives.

My phone started messing up so my family said time to get a new one,so i went there, but the man helping me refused to sell me the phone without a case, screen protector,or charger, i wouldhave bought them but he wanted $160 for them so he said he wouldn't sell me the phone unless i purchased at least the charger, and my old charger ended up working ! I feel his price for these items was exagerated, went to main store on Normandy and had no problem there !

Do not spend a dollar with this scam artist lying thief. Al is his name and crook is hiss game. Sold me a broken phone, lied about prices. Over charges you on anything you buy in this store. I see he has horrible reviews. Claims to be a Christian as he's lying to your face. Don't support his behavior. Shut him down!! Looks like people are on to you, would think you'd change your horrible customer service skills. Metro you will loose business because of him.

I came in and wanted to switch from boost to Metro. From my understanding it was $50 for my plan, to switch my number over was around $20, $20 for the phone I wanted to pick. I told the girl in the store I didn't want a case and I didn't want a screen protector. She insisted I got a screen protector and told me I only paid $5 for it. If you add all that up that's $95. When I walked out the door my total bill was $151 and some change. I called corporate and they told me that I was way overcharged. So I explained it to the person at the store and they insisted corporate was wrong. I would not step a foot in the store ever again and would recommend no one elsewould as well. I'm a single dad and can't afford to just hand over $50 to someone that types in whatever number they want into the debit machine
