The worst customer service I have ever experienced. My problem was not resolved bcause the CS reps were not trained and I was denied access to the managers name and phone number. This was the second time this week I have left that store frustrated and upset. I have had this account for @ least 10 years and am seriously considering switching to another company.

Horrible service. I went in after waiting 2 minutes for the attendant to come out I was not greeted. He did not help me with any of the prices of phones that were available to me a loyal customer. I needed a phone immediately cannot offer any other information on offers that they may have. I had to use another person's phone to call customer service and I was asked to step outside. There was no one else in the store but me. After I stepped outside spoke with customer service. I came back in and after waiting his attitude and demeanor I was not very comfortable with at all. So I took my payment of purchasing another phone and my monthly payment plus which I wanted a new phone guard and earphone plugs. It really ruined my experience thank goodness you have payments over the internet.

This business allows people to use stolen credit cards. My wallet was dropped and in less than 30 minutes there were 2 different credit card transactions. The police has been called and a report is being done and charges will be pressed concerning ALL parties.

The proprietor here is a person of questionable morals I went to add another line for my daughter he used the credit to cover the bill but still charged me for it with printed receipt to be able to justify or verify my charges when I asked him about it he did nothing to fix it and still to this day has not done anything about the monies that are owed to me that he charged and utilized off of my account

Just went here to this location on yesterday March 25 new guy in there with the curly hair has an attitude problem he doesn’t properly know how to greet customers as well as assist in helping them he has a smart mouth. And isn’t professional it isn’t a good look. I’ve been stop in there within the last year. Ahhhh Do better.

Just left the location at about 11th:30 am and was most disgusted with the service or lack of by the store attendant.I actually walked in to blaring music loud enough for him not to hear after 3 attempts to communicate what I was there for .After the third attempt I suggested that if he would turn the music down some he would certainly be able to hear .His response was that his system was down and that he couldn't do any transactions. I was happy to leave this location and take the payment I was going to make for an acquaintance to a different location.

Horrible customer service, sold me a phone, that kept crashing, brought it back, and the supervisor said oh well, you bought the phone! I can sell you a better phone? I said no give me my money back! He said you only get back $28 when I spent $150 originally. So it’s like a bait and switch, makes you spend more than original price. Horrible experience. No help at all. I give them a low rating.
