Customer service was great! I was a bit hesitant to go there given the majority of bad reviews, but they were all from years ago. The man I talked to in there was beyond helpful and quick in helping me get done what I needed to accomplish!

This by far is the WORST METROPCS STORE LOCATION IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED! HERE YOU'LL MEET CARLOS... YOU'LL KNOW ITS HIM BY HIS ICE COLD WELCOMING AND HIS "I WOULD RATHER BE ANYWHERE ELSE BUT IN THIS METRO STORE TALKING TO THESE MORONIC CUSTOMERS" ATTITUDE )) FOLLOWED BY THE UNLIMITED"NOPE!" YOU GET WITHOUT EVEN BATTING A EYE ?️
THIS DUDE HATES HIS JOB AND WILL JUST EVENTUALLY TELL YOU THE WHOLE METRO SYSTEM IS DOWN WORLDWIDE.
So if corporate happens to see this rating, make sure someone stops by and congratualte your employee for potentially getting that location shut down for good. He is the MOST REPULSIVE METROPCS REPRESENTATIVE IVE EVER DEALT WITH IN THE 15 YEARS IVE BEEN WITH THEM

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. My problem was not resolved bcause the CS reps were not trained and I was denied access to the managers name and phone number. This was the second time this week I have left that store frustrated and upset. I have had this account for @ least 10 years and am seriously considering switching to another company.

They did not provide a solution to the problem that occurred at the time, they directed me to the customer service line and on the line they directed me to the store, the service was really bad.
