The worst attention given the years I have been in this country and being a Metro pcs customer.
I don't understand how it is possible for a company as large as Metropcs to have a franchise with these types of people working there. Both the girl who works and the man are incredible at how rude they are to the customer. I'm not going to write more details because in the end not even the Metro company cares. I only write it because I would like customers to go somewhere else where they deserve respect and attention.
Our money is what rules….
For me that place is disgusting, I am sorry for what I said and I respect all the clients but not them.

Absolute worst experience I've ever had with a sales person. I've been a customer of metro for years. Try to get my upgrade, and the sales people sent me running around Arlington for a phone that apparently no one has in stock or can be sold. The representative, Khaled in this location was aggressive, argumentative, and needs either major coaching, or to be replaced by someone who actually wants to work here.

first, I would like to say that I am a MetroPCS member for 13 years now. I've never been treated or experience this in my life there was a Spanish-speaking lady that did not know a lick of English. I went in to add a line to my pre-existing line I provided the cell phone and the lady proceeds to just take my phone. Didn't give me any options as far as plans. Charge me for insurance telling me that it's a policy and mandatory that I have insurance I asked her for the breakdown she was charging and she was unable to do so. Then a gentleman walked in look like the Manager he refused to give me his name. He refused to assist me and he also refused To answer any of my questions. I have a video proof and I have already spoke with corporate in reference to this matter. They are both very unprofessional very disrespectful. I have emailed the video to all social media. I have also emailed the video to corporate in Texas. I have also spoken with the corporate representative yesterday. Do not come to the store

The salesperson was very nice and helpful. She did all that she could to fix my phone issue. She was very patient and did her best to help fix my phone.

Some of the employees here are rude and one man erased my phone trying to hook it up to a Metro service and told me I had to hook that phone up to T-Mobile erase my phone in the process p he said there was nothing he could do about it really made me mad I thought Metro in T-Mobile we're one company now?
