Went by this store on my way home from work. I told them the issues I have been having and that I needed to purchase a new phone. I stated I did not want to spend no more than $300 for a new phone. The lady then states I have two phones - one is $439 plus tax plus activation and the other is $599 plus tax plus activation. I said I am not paying $500 - $600 (more than that) for a phone. I left the store. I went to the store on Merrill Road and spoke to the lady there and she was able to get me the same phone that the Beach Blvd store had for $599 for $345 out the door. I do not recommend this store as they will try to rip you off.

Erica from the beach and university location was AMAZING!! She acknowledged my situation, was empathetic, and then pitched me the value I was in there looking for. Wonderful customer service and ownership. She spoke with 2 or 3 different people from different departments to ensure I walked out happy. Thank you so much Erica!! Happy new year!!

The one that I normally go to on Beach Boulevard no one can speak English I feel you need to bilingual staff in some of these stores that's why I couldn't give you a high rating

Jamieka was very helpful, 10/10! I had to change some things to my account and she answered all of my questions and was very patient with technical issues I was having. If I need anything in the future, I will be sure to come back to this location!

good service right now reacting a letter for cooperative for china wish helped me a lot with my phone this morning gives me excellent upgrade price and also got my Daughter a phone too love this place from now on so many good deals in this store definitely coming back soon to get my wife a phone too

Hispanic female representative did not inform me of available upgrade options. I paid $100.00 cash and $50.00 on my card only to find out she pocketed my cash and sold me a phone worth $59.99. I was never provided a receipt for the cash part of the sale. By going to the HUB store on Atlantic (where i received great service) the only financial trail of my purchase was $21.85 for a device transfer) I was advised to go back to the store and call the police. They had no cases or screen protectors. She blamed it all on Covid-19. Upgrade sales are final so im stuck with a terrible phone and in 48hrs ive already dropped and shattered the screen to a phone that i bacically have no proof of purchase. By far the worst service ive ever received. She also vaped during the entire sale. Completely unprofessional. Beware of this location. I can only hope that the manager cares enough about his store when i make it there to address these issues.
