Worst experience I've ever had with metro pcs. The employees are very rude and don't care about the customers at all. They wouldn't return the phone I had just bought that was returnable under metro policy and I had to go to another location across town just to get help resolving my issue. Turned out I was way overcharged for the phone and that the employee had pocketed my money. Very unprofessional. Will never go back to this location.

The first time I had service at this location it was not good. The wait time was extremely long and I had to come back for my receipt because they was out of what they needed, they conversate to long while customers are waiting.............

The manager, Tiffany and her staff are very friendly and informative. They really give you detailed information about the products that they sell in their store. They are courteous and greets you with a smile. I love the atmosphere of the store and cleanliness. I would and have recommended this store to my family and friends.
