Worst experience I've ever had with metro pcs. The employees are very rude and don't care about the customers at all. They wouldn't return the phone I had just bought that was returnable under metro policy and I had to go to another location across town just to get help resolving my issue. Turned out I was way overcharged for the phone and that the employee had pocketed my money. Very unprofessional. Will never go back to this location.

The first time I had service at this location it was not good. The wait time was extremely long and I had to come back for my receipt because they was out of what they needed, they conversate to long while customers are waiting.............
