I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Absolutley ridiculous pricing. They priced a galaxy s23 fe at $750 before taxes and additional fees and this was for an upgrade. Utterly disgusting. This franchise owner is clearly just out to take people's money. Also to add insult to injury the person helping me had to text her boss the entire time because she did not even know the pricing, promos, or basic info. Now Im headed to another metro that just said they can give it to me for way cheaper and they are sorry for my experience at that location

Liarsl unprofessional disrespectful little kids. This metro needs to get some mature honest n respectful associate. Wanted to do zeroooo stars because everything about store is horrible. Trumped up fees for defective phones. Metro in Regency sucks. Lexi n her crew needs to go back to customers svc 101.

The most UNPROFESSIONAL place I've ever been today is July 6th 2:12pm there's on big white girl saying the computer is down and walking around with her back hanging out and took a personal phone call at the computer that is suppose to be down. There's a Spanish lady on the phone helping another customer and she just looks miserable and a chunky dude helping a family that the bigger white girl was helping apparently it takes 2 workers to help put Sim cards in the phones. Not one person greeted when anyone walks in and they are slammed. Now a big group of Spanish people walked in and the dude greeted them with "ohhhhh premia premia" when they walked in though the whole store heard that. SMH me and my 5 year old just walked out. I should of stayed with Verizon their welcoming and greet everyone and provide quick and fast service....
