Mom needed an upgrade. They guy let us walk out of there without turning her phone on. But she sure was charged for that activation. It’s a dang 27 min. Drive to the closest metro.

When I hear to pay a bill cuz they system was down couldn't pay it on my phone the only complaint I had about the phone gave me one price but did you know if you go in store and pay your bill it's a $5 more charge I thought that was unfair because if you if the whole system is down and your bill is too why should you have to cover a five-dollar cover charge just for going in the store other than that the store was very pleasant the man was nice the store was clean the atmosphere was okay I mean but I didn't like to fight that I was charged five more extra dollars for paying the bill in store instead of online when the online service was down for two days

Worker hides in back to keep from making sales at 7:25 pm! Customers are leaving because worker refuse to come out to door to get his keys out of the door! Causing that location not to make the sales that just left!
