Went in thinking it was still the metro corporate store & they couldn’t help me. But I was able to get the help I needed with no hesitation! He was nice and greeted me. I hate I forgot his name that fast. He’s an older fly guy.

The assistant manager Dariel is highly disrespectful and is a horrible representation of how any company should be ran. I have never been more taken back by the behavior of someone in a managers position. You should really consider some internal investigation around her customer service skills.

Staff (Daniella) was very rude and unprofessional used foul language in a store full of customers. Had some customers left because of her foul language and bad attitude.

Con artists and liars my 16 year old purchased a phone and tablet they told her she could return after 24 hours only for them to tell her all sales are final avoid these con artists

There is an associate manager there named Dariel. She is very rude. She doesn’t know how to talk to customers. Because of her, I would not recommend anybody to go to that store.They need to hire people that have customer service skills. They need the right person in the right place.

For a phone place they are unreachable by phone from their phone number on google and with their customer service. Highly recommend going to a phone place with a working phone number. To make a simple phone call to get help from them even after being a 12 year customer after visiting other locations is just ridiculous in my book. So take note, other locations not only better serve you but will help you any way they can. Granted I haven't visited the store in over 2 years since my last phone full price purchase but I just did after my review and it's no longer crowded nor a long wait line so might be time to switch from this place. This place was a corporate store and didn't try to upsell you on things and did answer the phone which is why I kept going to them though clearly not the case anymore. Good luck!

This location is the best. Everyone here was extremely friendly and helpful. They ended up resolving all the issues I had, even though they were not responsible for the faulty product I was sold.I purchased a Samsung A15 from another store, which they ended up being very combative. And I couldn't get anything handled.I came to this location, and they helped me with all my issues.

On February 8th I ordered phone online from MetroPCS. On February 9th. Didn't receive a shipped notification email. On the 10th I didn't receive a shipped notification email. I called Metro who said they can't look up anything because there is no tracking information on this order. The money for this order was put back into my account. The agent and I decided that since money was back in my account and there was no tracking information and no email saying it had been shipped, that I would not be getting the phone. On the 11th I ordered a SIM card with a bring your own device plan because I didn't get an email saying the phone was shipped and the money for the phone was put back into my bank account. So I ordered a new service with my own device and your SIM card. The phone order that I never received an email stating that it had been shipped, and that the Metro agent couldn't even find the order for, came Monday, February 12!!!!! Even though I couldn't get tracking info and neither could Metro!!!!!!!! I received an an email on the 13th stating that the phone had just shipped, (the day AFTER I received it ?). BUT I received the phone on the 12th!!! And the money was taken back out of my bank account. Also the money for the new plan was taken out of my account. The SAME DAY I RECEIVED THE PHONE I RECEIVED A BILL FOR $48 DUE IMMEDIATELY AND THE PHONE WAS SUSPENDED FOR NON PAYMENT, WHEN I HAD JUST RECEIVED THE PHONE THAT DAY!!!!!!!I spent an hour on the phone yesterday talking to Zach who assured me everything would be taken care of that. He agreed that this was a messed up situation and that this shouldn't be happening.My phone was NOT unsuspended, the $65.75 order was NOT cancelled!!!!! As promised.I went to a store and the rep was rude and just gave me a phone number to call with a phone that DOESN'T HAVE SERVICE!!!!! He never offered any help. There was a smell of weed in the store.Finally, went to another store, got the phone unsuspended and the other line, (BYOD) was cancelled but when I asked about the $65.75, the rep told me I had to call Metro!!!!!!!!!!! WTH?!?!?! Am I not at a Metro store right now??!!! He slammed his hand down on the printer and said he didn't owe me anything and to "get out of his store"!!!While I appreciate Roger Reid's help, the store rep, I CERTAINLY DON'T APPRECIATE HIS BEHAVIOR when I asked about the $65.75 and where it went, Mr. Reid responded by saying "I don't know and I don't care! I don't owe you a thing! I should have never helped you in the first place!"!!!!! So, I paid $65.75 to Metro for NOTHING THAT EXISTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!TOTALLY pissed at Metro, and will be searching for a new carrier if this is how they treat a NEW CUSTOMER!!!!! I feel like they just stole $65.75 from me and can't tell me what it was for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
