I came in to switch my imei # and this location always refer people to go to Normandy! All this person had to do was DSG to get it done! I’m going to refer everyone to go the Normandy store!

I went to buy a phone this day, I want to change companies but the 2 employees, I think, are not for this type of work. In less than 5 minutes I was out without having done anything, with employees like that you will soon go bankrupt

My son's phone was stolen and after calling Metro PCS customer service I was given the address to this retailer to pick up an iPhone SE. The customer service rep told me it would be 50 dollars. I go into this place with 2 women who are of Hispanic descent. I explained to them what the metro customer service rep said. She then looks at the other chic and says that is when you transfer from another service. I proceeded to ask," well do you have any iPhone SE in stock?" Very snippy she says no, we have these I phones and they are full price at-whatever the amount was. I looked at her and told her even with me having the money I would not buy anything from that store. I am very big on customer service and I would have given a zero if that was an option. Needless to say because of them I cancelled my Metro plan altogether and went with Boost Mobile where I did get a deal for switching my service and the rep's customer service skills were far better than what I received at this store. And I was able to get an iPhone for my son at 29.99 rather than 50. Won't God do it!!!! This store seriously needs to train their employees better as it relates to customer service engagement.

They were horrible I haven't ever seen people that could care less about helping others in a time when you should be grateful to even have a job. I reported the girl Shakina if that's her real name and i was given an amazing discount over the phone by the national representative..I literally had to call the police. .i wouldn't ever again ..i almost changed carriers.
