They were horrible I haven't ever seen people that could care less about helping others in a time when you should be grateful to even have a job. I reported the girl Shakina if that's her real name and i was given an amazing discount over the phone by the national representative..I literally had to call the police. .i wouldn't ever again ..i almost changed carriers.

Worst customer service ever!! They sold me a bogus phone that does not work and would not exchange it or give a refund. They told me a bunch of lies when trying to update. There are several Metro in the area. Skip this one!! They are scam artists!! Save your money. Also they disregarded the 7 day Metro Promise.Update. The workers that helped me were Alex and Flex. After visiting another location, it was determined that they sold me a phone that was supposed to a upgrade and only cost $60 for $150!! They are true definitions of scam artists stealing people money. Metro by T-Mobile should be ashamed!?

I've been a Metro customer since they came to Jax. I always do my business at this location as they are sharp and very quick to service my acct. I am in and out. They have also given me a few great deals since I am a loyal & regular customer. I love this store!
