Jason and Jaylon know how to do customer service. Tbh, I was ready to leave Metro after my last experience in the Savannah area, but these 2 dynamic representatives gave me the experience I needed to stick around. Professional, knowledgeable and above all HELPFUL. I got my wife a new phone and was in and out in less than 20 min. Great selection, great service, and above all, a great experience. If you own this store, keep these two around and keep them happy, because they are the reason I will come back.

Sales girl was very VERY rude. Daughter and I were there to buy 2 new phones AND service. We had to leave. She couldn't answer any questions about the product either!

I went into the store because my phone was acting up Jazz had such a bad attitude when asked for corporate # she said they can fix it then call 611 and the office is on Phillips hwy she proceeded to say im trying to fix it...lol she didn't know what she was doing told me i needed a new phone ..she told me she was the manager but when i wouldnt leave she calls the Owner who agreed to meet me in 30 mins to fix my phone. she told him i wouldnt leave the store. Lol google told me hold button for 3 seconds fixed

Wonderful experience!! The customer service was awesome. Jaz has a great personality and was very help. Adding a new line can be difficult but she help me pick out the perfect phone for my 10 year old daughter. This customer is all smiles ?

This store is bare bones and not always open during business hours. Like just now, Supposed to be open until 5 and at 3:55 they were already closed. They don't represent the brand well at all.

Zero Stars!!! I went in there to get a Sim card switched into a new phone. When I asked the sales associate to help I was told no that she could not help because her systems were down earlier. I asked if she could check to see if her systems were back up and she said no. She said she could help me purchase a new phone (I guess the system works for new phone purchases but not helping current customers). She refused to try and help in any way. I asked for the managers or owners name and she refused. There were no other customers in the store so there was nothing stopping her from at least trying to help me. The associate said her name was Jazz. I have never had someone refuse service before. I left there wonder what I did to make her treat me with such disrespect. I ended up going to a store 2 mile up the road and their systems worked just fine for me. I will never shop at this location again.

Went by yesterday at 6 pm and there was a sign saying they'd be back in a hour with no time they left and the store was closing in a hour. Had to go miles away to another store.
