The young girl in the front is always rude and she's lazy, only gives good service to Spanish people. I guess I'll have to pick another location where they actually do their jobs

I recently visited this store and was incredibly impressed by the excellent service provided by the store manager Z. From the moment I walked in they were attentive and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure I found the right product for my needs. Thank you Z!

If i could give negative stars I would, we went in today to get my mom a new phone , we bought the phone and asked the lady to help transfer and set up the phone which she claimed she can not do . That should have been the first red flag then as we got home to try to set up the phone I noticed the date and time is wrong by alot it was almost 4 months behind, but im sorry I have never gotten a brand new phone with the date and time wrong , so we try calling the store of course no one picks up, We then drive back tot the store mind you the lady was already un helpful and horrible customer service , i tell them that they clearly sold me a used phone and not going to lie i was yelling i was very upset we could not set up anything on this phone she claims the phone needed to be factory reset but im sorry we should not have to factory reset a brand new phone , i wanted a refund and talk my bussiness else were were the manager on the phone started screaming back at me telling me to brealth and basicly shut up and let him speak , it wasnt even a hour we had the phone and they accused us of damaging the phone. very unprofessional staff and management , no one wanted to seem to help us. We will never be returning to this company and cancel all plans out best best is another compnay which we should have gone to to begin with. I then call the customer service number and they tell us just to factory rest the phone why would i do that of the phone is clearly referbished or used , then i try to a whole other location because you know none of the stores will answer the phone she did confrim it was a used or referbished phone and tried to help us fix the phone their was not much she could due to it bing another store. Dont waste your time or money here or with this companyunless you want to be ripped off, and not helped.

I was having problems with my phone, and I could not a new phone at the moment and Z took her time to help me fix the issues with it. I will be back to buy a new phone from z as soon as I can.
