Exceptional Customer Service. I took my phone to get fixed because it had no service and customer service said over the phone, they were showing service on their end. They put in a ticket, but it would take 24-72 hours to fix, so I would possibly be without a phone for 3 days and we all know that wouldn't work. So, Joe P. in the store did everything he could to figure out why I had no service coming back from overseas. He went above and beyond to assist me, including contacting customer service to see if they could help. They couldn't do much. So, Joe P. tried changing the sim card one more time, after changing it several times prior, and this time it worked. I was extremely happy and pleased with his service. Another guy in the store had excellent customer service as well. The staff in the store seemed to be a happy and helpful group. I would recommend this location.

I have called 8 metro locations, including this one(4 times) in the last hour. Not a single location picks up the phone, no VM to leave a message for a return call. Just need to know if there are phones in stock. Last time we drove out here, no smart phones were in stock to purchase. Don't want to waste my time again.

This location gives excuses to Not help the customer. I came there to try to gain access to my phone and they sent me to the one on dunn. Why be an authorized Retailer for metro if you’re not going to help the guest. The one on Dunn Avenue is also an authorized retailer But the staff at least took the time to try and help me at the DUNN location. I walked in a couple of minutes after 10 and to me it seem like because I was not buying anything. The representative at the counter did not want to help this is unacceptable customer service.

my roommate went there today 04/01/24 on his Lunch Break,, and the door was locked,, he knocked and waited 15 min. The lights were on in the store,, still no answer,, this location is a JOKE. Tried calling,, no answer either..

I had the most incredible experience at MetroPCS thanks to Candyce! She went above and beyond to help me save money while adding a new line and switching devices. Her friendly and relatable demeanor made the whole process a breeze. Poor service and the young lady with the long nails was very rude. TheManager is never around and can't be reached. Have insurance on the phone but can't get help. Going on day 6
