Worst customer service we have ever experienced. There is no on-site manager, and internet is down at the kiosks, so there is no virtual manager either. We need to pay our bill which we cannot do online.

This is my first time renting a storage unit Brad was absolutely wonderful he took his time to explain everything in detail to me and my daughter I was very pleased. The storage units are nice and clean. Brad is a great representation of midgard storage thank you so much Brad for your time attention and your patience with an old lady.

Crystal the assistant store manager is sweet and welcoming! She helped me locate the unit and how to unlock and lock my unit as well as how to gain access to the doors. The facility is very clean, smells very nice and plays music. I would recommend it for people who need storage.

They increased their prices AGAIN!!!! WOW!!! THIS PLACE RAISES THEIR PRICES CONSTANTLY. I've been renting a storage for a year and for the past year, they have raise prices three times... c'mon!!! I'm taking my items out this month.
