I must say after seeing all of the negative reviews I was a bit uptight expecting what was only a pleasant experience. Was seen on time and she was very polite and nice to chat with. Only went in for blood work but was satisfied with the outcome.

Avoid this place, waste of time and $200. Go to Walgreens or your doctor

I set up an appointment for my partner, Phil and he went and met Victoria Yarbrough. She is the most amazing provider because she listened and took complete care of him. I thought he would still need to see his primary tomorrow but she was a true health care professional. She made CVS look great and he was really thankful to me for insisting he go.

Horrible place refused to see me and I could barely lift my head. Nobody was there to be seen but me and they still told me I had to make an appointment after pleading for help. I’m disgusted and will be escalating this even higher

My experience here is one of the worst I have ever had. Bowman Patricia was rude, insensitive, and not helpful at all. Will never go back.

Waiting 50 minutes so far after my appt slot. No sign of anyone. Machine did take my credit card at checkin, though. CVS has priorities.

Went there for a sports physical that we needed to be cleared for. FYI the nurse practitioner Patricia will INSPECT you on EVERY little minor thing. Irrelevant stuff. Doctors usually ask when was the injury and if it's healed ok. For now on I'll just go to his pediatrician and save wasting money and headache here!! Never seen a sports physical paper having a novel of info on. Won't be returning!!

Been waiting almost an hour past my appointment time. Haven't been talked to once on why they are late or what the issue is but very poor communication and not professional.

Didn't get seen until an hour after my appointment time. Definitely the worst MinuteClinic location I've been to. Won't be back.

On the website it specifically says walk-ins only for covid rapid testing. Then when you get there they require an appointment, you try to make an appointment online and it says nothing available for any date that you choose or any location that you choose. And there's not even anybody to talk to at this minute clinic because there in with another patient. You would think they would have somebody on the outside in case you had any questions. Blonde lady in the pharmacy was also very rude when I went over there to ask information. Will never return to this location again.

TLTR: if you absolutely cannot avoid this clinic, do yourself a favor and don’t agree to be seen by the NP Kendra Snyder.I’ve never been to the Minute Clinic for a medical reason and I never will. If you can go anywhere else and I mean anywhere, please do.Based on my experience I would not trust the doctors or nurses there with my care. They couldn’t handle a simple drug test, why would they be able to handle anything to do with your health care? I went to the minute clinic for a drug test for my new job. As all young professionals know— you always go through a background check and a drug screening for any job for which you’ve received and accepted an offer. Well, I was treated like I was an ex prisoner on parole and based on the picture I’m sharing you can see why. I’m a professional in my late twenties and to emphasize even more on the damage — having my wedding in a year. I’m not sure what angel of a hairstylist I need to find to be able to cover the monstrous work of the NP Kendra Snyder at this clinic. As a woman I would have hoped that she would be considerate enough to not butcher my hair the way she did. It would’ve also been professional of NP Snyder if she explained the process to me as I’d never had this done before and at least asked me from which part of my head I wouldn’t mind my hair being cut. This could have been accomplished without leaving me with a gapping bald spot. The lack of care and compassion demonstrated is appalling and speaks volumes about the standard of care at this clinic.

Date of Visit 10/31/20. If I could give a minus zero rating I would have.. .. .. clinic opens at 9am . I got there at 850am. ... Lady came out at 9:00 am she was still trying to set up and she had a spot open. Told me to sign as walk-in. I did. Wait time was 0 mins when I signed in . At 9:20 she told me still setting up. Said computer was still booting up. .at 9:35am , 930am appointment show up . That's when the Lady told me . Her next available spot was 11:50am.. Really ??? She could have told me this at 9:00am. .. Makes me wonder since there was no 9am appointment she did not come early enough to work to make sure she was really to work at 9am as advertised.. However whatever the reason may have been for being late... I Should of been told at 9:00 am not 9:35am, she could not see me till 11:50am. Additionally she did not apologize for keeping me waiting for 35 mins, just to tell me come back at 11:50am.
