if there was a less than 1 I would choose that. My Primary care doctor was covering for another Dr and was overwhelmed with patients and was booked out 2 weeks. They suggested I go to an urgent care clinic. I was very sick for 3 days before going. They tested my for COVD and flu and both were negative. The practitioner was very listless and seemed disinterested in helping me. Diagnosed viral sinus infection. Only prescribed a cough medicine and No antibiotic. Said it should run it's course in 7-10 days. 4 days later I was even sicker and couldn't function. I called my primary back and they worked me in. She said it had bacterial infection, gave a steroid shot and a strong antibiotic. Couldn't believe that CVS didn't prescribe an antibiotic. 5 days later I started to improve. Going to the CVS Minute Clinic was a total waste of time and money. They prolonged my illness not improve it one bit. I will never go to a Minute Clinic again and will tell everyone to avoid them

This place is the worst. One star is being overly generous. Not sure what all the 5 star reviews are about. We had appointments made prior. We got there 10 minutes early & sat there for one hour. Not one of the three women working there acknowledged us, let us know what was going on, what the hold up was, etc. very unprofessional. We left with no service provided. After we left, we get a call, saying they are ready for us. No thanks, we will spend our money where they are professionals & respect our time. This was a complete waste of our time.

I had the most wonderful experience with Jodi. I made an appointment online, I got there about 20 mins. before my appointment. I was soon taken in a room for my vitals and after that I went to see Jodi. It was just a wonderful experience.

I can only comment on my experience in their drive thru COVID testing, but I've used this location more times than I care to admit. No one wants to take a COVID test, at least that's my opinion, but when you do, drive thru is the way to go. I found this location had it when I did a search online for local pharmacies that did drive thru testing. I went onto the site, booked an appointment time, was sent a confirmation, and was on my way. This was easy to do, and they send you the directions of the info you'll need when you pull up to the drive thru testing. This location is kind of tucked away, but you can get into it by either going through the Winn-Dixie parking lot or there's a light where a storage facility is. I pulled in, drove around, and waited my turn for the test.Be patient, because these pharmacists/techs are doing double duty, they're helping those getting prescriptions and those that need to be tested. Also be aware that if someone is taking a longer time with the pharmacist, it may be because they have multiple people in their vehicle that need to be tested and you have to do each test individually.Anyway, I took my test, followed the directions and dropped it into the container. The staff member was helpful and pleasant and I didn't feel rushed. You'll receive your results in 24-48 hours via mobile text or via email.Pros:-Easy process to follow-Ability to make an online appt-Helpful staff-Never have to leave your carCons:-COVIDTips: If you feel like you may have it or have been exposed, get tested.

DO NOT GET VACCINES HERE. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!We used them for Typhoid vaccine. They quoted us the price of $142 for the shot right before administrating the shot. We even signed paperwork writing the number down $142 in case insurance wouldn't pay it, and then directly after they gave the shot said the bill was $201. Absolutely worst bait and switch I have ever experienced. They charge a travel consultant fee of $59 when they gave no advice/information verbally or stated there was a mandatory "consultant".Walked in, asked for the specific vaccine, recieved a bill hike, and got sent out the door. Just handed a packed of paper and sent out the door as quick as possible after saying a bill would be sent for the $201.Did not even request 15 minute delay to make sure there was no reaction! They should be ashamed of the way they treat people and the manner in which they do business.

I had a great experience. Mary did a phenomenal job and she should be recognized by her supervisor for being really good at her job.

I walked into this location and the "nurse" and tech could not have been any more rude. As "healthcare providers", one would hope for a small amount of empathy for those not feeling well. I guess I shouldn't have assumed this, what more can you expect from a store that should stick to being a pharmacy and not raking in the money for convenience. Live and learn.

I have been going to tbe minuteclinic since I came down to Florida for college. I have already had some consistent issues, but this last one topped them all. I went in for Salmonella and was treated horribly. There was miscommunication from the nurse and the practitioner. I was told by the Pharmacy that my antibiotic was sent to my primary CVS back in St.Augustine, and when I went to go pick it up, they had no prescription written for me. It took a whole 24 hours to get in communication with the Practitioner who works at the CVS, who proceeded to have an attitude with me saying that I didn't see the right doctor and go to my appointment because apparently I only saw the nurse?? When the nurse told me to go wait for my prescription, how was I supposed to know I needed to see another doctor. Honestly, the whole situation was extremely confused and frustrating especially being a college student trying to make this work around my full time job and class schedule. I wish I had been treated with more respect and communicated with properly. The best part is when I expressed my frustrations, I was told I was going to have to make a new appointment to get an antibiotic for my case of Salmonella. Do not go to this CVS minuteclinic!!!!

Showed up after calling to make an appointment. The automated message said no appointment necessary. I waited for ten minutes at the desk and no one bothered to assist me. Two employees came out of the patient rooms, walked passed me, and said nothing. If someone had simply said, “I’ll be right with you.” That would have been fine. But being ignored demonstrates poor customer service, and in the healthcare industry, it really makes you wonder about the quality of care as well. I left. Maybe some customer care training would help here.

They do NOT offer COVID antibody testing even though I was directed there online. They say they plan to in the future. They need to correct this misinformation online.
