This is a terrible community.Load music at the club house going till 1am or later and the management here is disappointing. They do nothing to compensate for their lack and inability to be professional or caring. I would never recommend this community

I have lived here for almost 9.5 years. The office staff is always courteous and receptive to my needs. Answering my questions and calling me back when needed. Maintenance staff smiling and courteous when coming in for inspections or repairs/maintenance issues. Which lucky we have had many.Thank you Stovall at River City‼️for making it easy to live here.

Just moved here one month ago and loving it! The maintenance is outstanding and super fast, the office staff are always helpful and responsive. It is a very quiet community and so convenient to everything, I wish I had sold my home sooner!! I’m not missing my home at all since this feels like home to me!

The maintenance team was quick to respond to a problems with our hot water and garbage disposal. The staff has been respectful and communicates well with residents.

I am currently a member of this apartment complex, the apartment is beautiful, but there are roaches at every turn, train noises that keep you awake through the night, the staff that work the property are great but the people in the office are trash and unprofessional, unpleasant people, they recently switched management. The other day I was paying my rent and I was $0.47 cents short and they would not take my payment, unless I brought a money order for it.

My family and I felt great to have taken up residence at Mirador and Stovall at River City apartment complex. The place is amazing and the staff are just as great. I had the pleasure of interacting with Connie, Melissa and Alice and they were very professional, and responsive to any questions I had. Their customer service was quite pleasing. The process was relatively easy, something I thought may not have been as a new immigrant to this country. Thank you all for making the process seamless.

I just moved in this weekend. Had an amazing experience with Connie. She is/was VERY friendly and professional. Anyone that came into the office was greeted with a smile! I must say, so far I love, love my apartment! Very pleased to make Mirador and Stovall my home! ❤️?

I highly recommend looking else where. Nothing is luxury’s about the these apartments. Over priced for what you pay, with the everything falling apart. Laminate is peeling, floors are disgusting upon moving in we’re wet freshly shampooed as they dried all the stains appeared, tub has mold, stove has rust. When repairs are done they do a terrible job and then before you know it, it needs repaired again. Bugs are an issue. Every time I try to address an issue I get the run around. I’d like an explanation how I was charged a lump sum on money when I went to renew my lease for my water when I was paying the entire time. Supposedly my meter was broken and wasn’t been read for the entire year. No real break down on how the money I did pay was applied it was finger pointing between conserve, JEA and the apartments. Couldn’t get a straight answers. Now we went on vacation for half a month no one was here and some how managed to use more water/sewer? Makes no sense something is very off. It’s not being accurately read. I’d like some real answers. Not a run around.

My move-in experience was very smooth and I didn’t really have any troubles for the duration of my lease. I moved due to outgrowing the apartment and location. Problems arose during the move-out process though. There was a lot of miscommunication as to what was and was not acceptable as far as repainting the walls from maintenance and the front office. When providing a forwarding address to receive my deposit back I thought it would be as simple as 1-2-3. But unfortunately, that has not been the case. I moved out Mid-December. It has taken nearly 4 months now to receive my deposit back and I still have yet to. Even after speaking multiple times with Connie, Melissa, Lauren (I believe her name was; off-site office), and David (off-site office), about an “expected date” the check was cut in February and then to still “wait 10 business days because of a possible delay with mail” before contacting them again. Well, I have been quite patient past the 10 business days and still have not received a deposit back. I continue to call the front office and get either no answer or I am forwarded to the off-site office and they let me know someone will be in contact with me after they forward my message on and I still do not receive any communication back. I did not want to make this review but this process has been quite frustrating and I don’t want anyone else to have to go through this.

I've lived here going on 9 months and since I've moved in I have had issue after issue. From loud upstairs neighbors who fight it seems like every night at odd hours in the morning (12-3am) to a constant submission of maintenance request all ranging from electrical issues to roaches being found over the apartment. The only good thing I can say is they are always quick to fix the issue except about the loud neighbors. My time here has not been horrible but I want be renewing my lease because I hate roaches and it typically means it might be an infestation problem when you see more than one(yes they are the Little ones) and how every night I'm disturbed from my sleep because my upstairs neighbors have no sense of time it seems. For the price of rent I expected better. The staff is mediocre at best, when you have an issue and bring it to them they give you the round around just to get off the phone; specifically Melissa. I wouldn't recommend her at all if you do take the risk of moving in. The location is becoming worse as well. For the price you can definitely find better!

The maintenance team at Mirador and Stovall have been great! Lee is one of the nicest and helpful guys around and the apartment complex is extremely lucky to have him. He has gone out of his way to provide courteous service to me and is really approachable to any issues I have with my apartment.

Just wanted to take a moment out and say how much my wife and I both appreciate Mr. Lee. I feel like every time we've put in a trouble ticket for maintenance he contacts us with in the hour of it being placed with an ETA of when he can come by and check things out and also resolves the problem in a timely manner. Also his overall attitude every time he comes by or he sees us is very contagious, he always greets us with a huge smile ear to ear and asks us how we're doing and if we need anything. Mr. Lee always goes above and beyond Every time he's needed and we're very grateful for that.
