That old lady with the gray hair that's a cashier needs to be fired! She has a terrible attitude, just nasty, and rude. Never had a problem with
her until I had to ask her a question, and her response was totally unprofessional as a customer I would stop by a couple times a week, but not anymore! I'll spend my money elsewhere.

I wouldn't go to this place again if I had to. I would rather push my car to another station. The lady at the counter, older with long grey/blonde hair is extremely snide and rude. Not someone who should be working with the general public.

I pulled up to pump three and went to use my card but the keypad wasn’t working. I go inside, and casually told the Clerk (middle aged woman with long gray/blonde hair) And she immediately snapped at me “ I’m sick of people telling me that” As though I just offended her. Then she asked me after brief small chat about that pumps keypad not working how much gas I want. I said $25 and as I put my card in the reader. I can’t remember if I said “pump 3” or remained silent. But I feel I did say pump 3 because I distinctly remember thinking that I didn’t want the payment sent to the wrong pump. She never asked me which pump either but since we were talking about the pump with the broken card reader, I assumed she knew which pump it was because she said “it’s hit or miss” and been that way for a couple years.
I go to get the gas and it’s not pumping. I go inside and said it wasn’t working. She acted annoyed and said “I thought you were at pump 2, I thought you were the white car” (there was a white car there who arrived after me). I said no I never said pump 2. We do another transaction for $25 but it said I still owed $2. (I only had $27 in my account and pulled up DEAD on empty…the original transaction was voided but didn’t go back to my card). I told her that $25 was all I had. She said “I don’t know what to tell you” and was acting very annoyed. At that point I wasn’t being rude, but I got frustrated because I was now royally screwed. No gas and no money. I asked her again if the first transaction was indeed voided and she showed me the receipt for the second transaction she voided. My bank was showing a pending charge for the first transaction but not the second so I got confused. At this point she’s getting agitated and there’s people in line behind me. The other employee , tall bald guy with tattoos and glasses says I’ll get the refund in about 3 days. (Yes…I understand how all that works) but nonetheless that wasn’t helping me in the moment. So I say something like …now I can’t get gas because you sent the money to pump 2 and she kept insisting with ATTITUDE I said pump 2. I insisted back never said pump 2. Now she’s rolling her eyes, waving her head, throwing her arms in the air like I’m an idiot. I walked off and said thx for screwing me over and they both say “that’s on you”. I said fu** you.
She contradicts herself because the pump with the bad card reader is pump 3! And that’s the pump I was at and we talked about it before I even paid for the gas!! to insist I said pump 2 after she admitted “I thought you were the white car” proves she ASSUMED I was at pump 2. I NEVER said I was at pump 2. How are you gonna tell me you thought I was the white car at pump 2 when we were just talking about the bad card reader at 3? She was wrong and refused to take accountability or show an ounce of decency and customer service. She chose to try and make me look like the idiot who made a mistake when it was HER MISTAKE!!! I really hope they have cameras with audio and can review it and see for themselves that she was wrong. I was treated very poorly from the moment I walked in. I don’t understand why people have to be soo rude , especially when other customers are in line. A little kindness goes a long way and as customers we expect to be treated with decency! But instead she chose to blame me over being professional.
Sorry for rambling. Just upset. People can be soo shitty!
Update: my bank said the original transaction was never voided. The cashier told me she voided it. When I asked her for a receipt she said she voided it already and didn’t give me one. She only gave me a receipt for the 2nd attempt to pay for gas, which was voided because my money was taken from the original transaction.Seems she lied , so now I have to file a dispute claim!

SooooOo.. I'm grateful for this place because of the convenience and the employees. It's right around the corner from me so it's my go-to spot usually. The bad news is that they are overpriced on a lot of things (most things) and I've had issues with things not being labeled in the past but I'm pretty sure they got that handled. I'm hoping that if enough of you kahts tell them that Kahtnipp sent ya, they might give me some peanuts on the house or something.

The new trailer park trash at this store is disturbing. The white hill billy girl who works there has a down syndrome husband who pulled a gun on a black man and called him a monkey. He knew who to do that too. Cause the right person won't let him live another day
