This place is the hands down worst pharmacy I've dealt with. Never been expeditious for years, but this occasion they totally screwed me. I wasn't able to pick up my Rx without an ID which is totally fair. I came back later to pick up and rather than hold they just deleted the entire order from their system. Why is human error the expectation rather than exception with CVS.

I love coming to this CVS. Stevie is the most nicest, caring person. She's always saying hi, asking if I need help, fixing a price if something was marked wrong; all without hesitation! Tan is amazing as well. Flowers, Emily, all of them!! Mandy in the pharmacy is great. Oh gosh, there's another girl in pharmacy that always makes sure I never have any issues & I always forget her dang name! But she's wonderful as well! Never EVER have any issues filling my script like I did at the last CVS. I almost considered switching insurances bcuz of the last CVS! Glad I didn't. Too much of a headache and tbh, this CVS is closest. People like the ones at THIS CVS are hard to come by. If u want to KEEP good ppl like this, make sure u compensate them well & compensate them in a timely manner. Don't make them wait until they're tired and burnt out to do so! Thanks u guys! I needed a particular shaped pill due to need to split pill for required dosage. Associate named Flowers in the pharmacy was so kind and helpful in helping me get manufacturing info I needed, and in transferring my prescriptions from another CVS location ( where they were not helpful at all!). This CVS location has nice helpful people and a clean well-stocked store.

I went here to buy a basic first aid item , a wound sealer, they did not have. There was a line at the counter so I asked at the pharmacy which had no one waiting and two people. The two women there were dismissive " we don't carry anything like that in the pharmacy . You have to ask someone up front." I told her I knew they didn't but thought they would know the store. To which she replied ask up front. I ran around and found something that ultimately did not work. When I paid up front, I asked for the manager and was told she was gone and wouldn't be back till Monday. I am now at an urgent care trying to get help because cvs doesn't carry basic first aid products. They do carry 6 types of beard oil , more candy than a Hershey factory , and piles of crap no one needs. Their staff is rude and they do not care Up till today I got all prescriptions filled here. Now never again. They should be ashamed. Hope they rot in hell.

The customer service at the pharmacy is the worst. I have taken a prescription there to be filled on several occasions. They never have the medication and have to wait several days to be restocked. Seems like they don't want to fill your prescription and want to get rid of you. Had a pharmacy tech even roll her eyes when I walked to the drop off area. Unbelievable!

Still waiting on the phone for 1.5 hours to not even have my phone call acknowledged. It always seems they are too busy here to attend to patients needs. Their attitudes tell that same story. I think I will carry my business elsewhere!

Awful, they are always out stock. My daughter needed antibiotics they were out. I needed my medicine another time they were out! They made us wait 4 days for my meds and my daughter we had to go to the one across from Walmart because she had pneumonia. You never can reach them on the phone. When you do get ahold of someone they give you miss information.

The customer service here is more than pitiful...can only describe as bold (rude) ignorance from the pharmacy to the front check out. Not even a thank you for shopping just a lazy, meaningless "Have a good one". By the way...what exactly does that mean?????

Are you kidding me. What a joke this place is. Lazy, put you off and don't want to bother to do their farkin job. As a community we need to go online or make a statement that this does not continue. Yes I agree , if you are lucky enough to be able to use Publix that's the place to go.

I drove from St. Augustine all the way to the location on the phone. Got to the counter still on the phone, only two customers in the pharmacy area. "Two pharmacy calls" being announced by their intercom. I drove for 16 minutes and they never answered to say, "Please hold." Or anything. I'm still waiting in line at the pharmacy waiting behind the one customer left out of the two originally here. The fact that I also wrote an entire review and they still haven't tended to the other caller is ridiculous. Update* I withdrew my prescription, drove all the way back to Publix in St. Augustine (where I live) and they filled it there. I went from going 15-20 minutes away because I originally thought CVS was better, to drive less than 5 minutes to the Publix right in front of my neighborhood. Looks like Publix just became my new favorite pharmacy. By the way, I've been going to this same CVS for over 10 years. They're never getting another prescription from me.
