We have had a storage unit here for years and we're not happy for most of it. You could never get anyone on the phone, no one was ever at the facility. But with the new management, that has all changed. Alonzo is very responsive and extremely helpful. For the longest time, my code wasn't working and he got it fixed within minutes of me bringing that up. Most recently the key to our lock broke off in the lock and he was able to cut it off allowing us access to our unit. We are now very happy with how this facility is being run.

I have rented storage units here for the past 30 years and am very pleased by the upgrade in the service and the facilities since Alonzo took over as property manager. The property is cleaner and more secure and rentals are reasonably priced.

Great price for a Climate controlled unit. I rented a 5X5 and found it perfect. Actually cooler than my house! Very clean and the manager is on site and will assist in any way necessary. I have rented at lots of storage units and this one although old is very clean, A++

I have had a storage unit at this facility for about 10 years. A new manager has recently started working there and has improved everything about Monument Mini-Storage. Items that have needed to be repaired have been repaired ( new door knob, light bulbs, etc), hallways cleaned up and most importantly, the phone is answered and he is on-site and working. My husband and I were there switching some items recently and he actually came up and introduced himself. I would recommend Monument Mini—Storage to anyone looking for a reasonably priced storage facility.

We are very happy with the new management for Monument Mini Storage. Alonzo has worked hard to improve the customer service and the business. We rented units here in the past and nearly went somewhere else this time but after talking with Alonzo in person, we decided to give it another chance. I'm glad we did! The rent is very budget-friendly and the service is great.

Place was in shambles before the new manager. Now it’s cleaner and the office is open and someone’s always there now!

The new manager is awesome. I have been renting at this location on and off for almost 8 years. I was really considered leaving because of how run down it had started to become. However after the new manager took over the place is clean again and feels safe again. The manager is very polite and engaged with his customers. I am so glad to see the improvements. Keep up the good work.

After 4 years I almost left due to safety concerns but now it’s a completely different vibe here with so many great improvements. I will definitely be staying here now. This place used to be run down and so unsafe but now with Alonzo as the new Manager, he has turned it into a totally safe and secure environment. There are cameras everywhere now! The whole property is well maintained and the customer service is always top notch. Alonzo has been very responsive and helpful and caring. I highly recommend this place.

Monument mini storage has really turned around under the new management! I've rented a unit here for about 7 years and was considering switching to another company until Alonzo took over. I've seen tremendous improvements in the short time he has been there! Keep up the great work and excellent customer service!

The new property manager has really improved this place, in such a short period of time. I'm impressed! It's definitely worth the money, it's hard to find a reasonable price for a storage unit, especially a climate controlled one. I'm so glad he has cleaned this place up! He seems to always be there too! Such and improvement that I had to right a review

The new property manger Alonzo is phenomenal. Easy to get a hold of and he was able to solve my clerical errors in the system, generously too! The property is looking up, maintenance crew are really cleaning things up. Looks like they beefed up security as well!

We just got a storage rental and Alonzo has been very attentive answering questions and helping us find exactly what we needed. Jorge on site was also very helpful. Units are secure and there are cameras all around the property. It is older but still taken care of and stores our items just fine! We recently moved from another storage place and are getting more space for less money. I would recommend Monument for your storage needs.

No responses to emails or calls. Stopped by facility at least 4 times in the past week (during posted office hours). Office door always locked and noone there. Not confident this facility even rates a 1 star.

This place is getting much better. The previous managers were crazy sketch. New Manager is definitely getting this place back on track
