Updating my review because I am livid and this is ridculous. Since we had him do our flat roofs, we've had nothing but issues, leaks and no response from MrConley (for years now). Do not use this company because it will be a waste of your time, money and patience.Called to get the flat parts of my roof replaced and they showed up and got the job done in a day. They were respectful and cleaned up everything. They even brought my recycling can back up to my house! My roof looks amazing and I couldn't be happier! Highly recommend!Service: Roof installation

Morgan was friendly on phone booking estimate appointment and scheduled himself to come out next day. After looking on the roof for a minute he told me, we needed a complete chimney rebuild, even though he could not show me any damaged shingles or wood. Just kept repeating it was "done wrong". When I started asking questions he got angry and told me he didn't even have time for this repair or me asking questions. Unless you just want to be told what to do with no explanation DONT CALL. Even after all that he never sent me an estimate.

I'm grateful that God put great people in my life to get us through unfortunate times. Morgan was solid from the very beginning. He was always in constant communication with us. He exceeded our expectations with both our roof and living room. He is also licensed to do interior work. He repaired our living room, and it looks amazing! It looks better than it did before the incident. We are very pleased. I highly recommend Morgan

I needed a roof repair done within 10 days for the sale of my house to go through. I called several companies. Many of them did not even respond to me for 3 days. Morgan himself called me back within 2 hours. He sent someone out the next morning to assess what needed to be done. The repairs were done within my time frame and I received an electronic invoice containing pictures of the repairs. Which I could easily email to my real estate agent. Morgan was responsive, he and his crew did quality work within my timeframe, and seemed to be reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a portion of my roof that needed to be repaired. I sent many requests out and some companies were responsive, others didn't want to take on the repairs because it was a large project or simply ghosted me. Luckily for me, Morgan Conley was responsive and explained to me what was needed, provided clear expectations of the process, and provided me a fair price. I spoke to Morgan on Friday afternoon and was told that it could be done before the end of the following week. I was in town for only a few days and asked if we could push it up earlier in the week and Morgan was able to come to my rental property and fix my roof the following Monday. Steve and his partner were professional and diligent. They worked quickly and finished within a few hours. Cleaned everything around them that you would never have known they were ever there. I highly recommend Morgan Conley Roofing and Repair. You will not be disappointed.

I called them and they were out within 20 minutes to help with my roof issues. They were able to quickly patch a sudden leak and provide a fair and comprehensive quote to do long term repairs. They came highly recommended from a few friends of mine and I can definitely see why! Very pleased with the support we received.

I’ve never posted a negative review, but in this case I feel very cheated. Morgan repaired our sunroom roof last December. It started leaking again several months later and he sent one of his employees to repair it. His employee went up with a tube of caulking and said it was repaired. It started leaking again soon afterward. We contacted Morgan, and after several attempts, he said he was too busy doing a commercial job to come by. Finally he told us he’d stop by on Monday. He never showed up. We tried contacting him one last time but he never responded. Meanwhile our sunroom is still leaking, and we’ll have have to pay another roofer to repair it. We strongly recommend against using his services.Service: Roof repair

I had a small leak in our master bathroom. Morgan came out to inspect and provide a quote the same day I inquired about his services. His associate Steven came out the next day to fix my roof problem. They were both professional and prompt. I would definitely recommend them.

I had 2 other estimates besides Morgan and they wanted to replace part of the roof and charge me about $1600. Morgan's technician came out and discovered that it was just a piece of flashing that had to be resealed and did it at no charge. I'm hoping that Morgan can do some gutter work that I need. It's great when you encounter an honest person. He'll be the first person that I call if I need any future repairs.
