I know that people often leave a five star review to make things easy, but my experience with Linda and her team was truly excellent. I received near daily updates and clear instructions up until the notice that we were clear to close. She did her best to avoid redundant document submissions common in the mortgage approval process and appeared to seamlessly coordinate with the multiple individuals involved to secure a rapid refinance mortgage for me. I have zero complaints: closed in ten days and caught the dip in mortgage rates thanks in large part to her motivation to get me the best deal. The super nice goody bag they provided me at closing was such a nice touch, too; I was treated just as important even though I was refinancing. Thank you!

WOW... reach out to Linda now! I was referred to Linda by the title company I work with. A tenant of mine was wanting to purchase the home, and it was challenging for him to find a lender who would work with him. We reached out to Linda, and from the first hello, I knew we had contacted the right person. My partner and I recently closed on our first home with the help of Mortgages by Linda. Linda was amazing throughout the whole process. She was very knowledgeable in all aspects of our home buying process and got us the answers we needed. The communication was spot on! She was quick to answer the phone or if she wasn’t available at that moment, got back to us as soon as she could. She was extremely helpful, honest, and available through all of our questions. She also made sure to get us the absolute best rate that she could. This was no easy task with us, as we are both self employed and there’s a lot of hoops to jump through, with that. Mortgage's by Linda hands down the BEST! I’ve dealt with those internet lenders that promise to give you the best rates, cheaper closing costs and then not deliver. Linda had my rate locked in, my paperwork submitted so fast we closed within 30 days. The process was smooth and Linda made sure I was updated regularly on where we were in the process. I was doing a home loan with Wells Fargo, and the loan closing was pushed back two times. The loan under writing had me and my wife at the conditional approved for over two months, and the last day before our last closing with Wells Fargo; Wells Fargo agents called to say we are not going to get the final approval to close. Me and my wife were heartbroken. We were upset that we did all that work and did not get the final approval. My Realtor spoke to the selling agent, and they recommended Loans by Linda to try and see if Linda Garcia could help us get a new pre approval letter and start a new loan with another Lender. I must say, I was not really interested in starting over so quickly; since our credit scores would take another hit from the inquiries. I did some google search and read many reviews from people that used Loans by Linda to get their home. And surprisingly I read so many positive comments and reviews it made me feel better but my situation was not easy to deal with. Linda got on the case and her team along with my realtor team at keyes, like a champion fighter keep punching away at the loan, under writers, loan officers and pull out a win for me and my wife. We closed on 07-31-24 at landmark title . Me and my wife are now first time home buyers because of the knowledgeable team at Loans by Linda. Both me and my wife thank you all for a tough job we presented to you and you guys handled it like cake. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts. Linda Garcia was highly competent, professional, and overall a pleasure to work with as we completed the purchase of our second home. She was able to beat the interest rates of all the competition, and her closing costs came in WAY below what she initially estimated. By comparison to our first experience with a major bank, working with Linda was both much faster and a smoother process. We truly appreciated her service and will definitely be returning to her again for our future real estate transactions!!

Linda made my refinancing process as smooth as it could've went! I'm 100% sure this process with the VA would've been far harder and likely would not have closed if I was using a different broker or bank. I truly appreciate Linda and her team!
