I just got my cleaned rug back from Mussallem. They did a terrific job. I responded to an ad I saw on television last month. They came and picked the rug up and promised to do the best they could. They far exceeded my expectations. So glad I called them.

I took 3 Turkish rugs in to be cleaned and one to be repaired. Smaller one was not cleaned ,smelled badly when opened at home. Returned rug to shop to be recleaned . Owner refused reclean rug.Will report to BBB
